The property was chosen for it’s location. We particularly liked the individual verandas as we could sit outside in our own little space.

House keeper that cleans my room 45 every day didn’t even wash the face basin are sanitized the toilet for my entire stay .

The entertainment team , bar tenders and restaurant associates did a excellent job.

The rooms, weren’t clean properly, they need to change there sheets, also upgrade the sheets and towels they provide.. the bathroom needs to be cleaned more, I saw something on the tile in our shower and presumed that maybe it would be cleaned the following day however the stain was still present in the shower. So I just knew the shower wasn’t cleaned.

It would be very appreciable that the guest rooms be inspected before they are assigned to guests, to verify that every thing is in good working order, example A/C unit, lights and light switches. This would prevent rooms that are assigned to guests eventually being discovered by guests, that items are not in working order.

No complain about Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner and Room facility this time around, apart from there was still a shortage of kitchen utensils on occasions. I did enjoy my stay at Royal Decameron, Runaway Bay on this occasion. Looking forward to my next visit.

I hate the room it never reflected on what I saw on the site. It's misguiding.also when I ask to change the location I was told that they would get back to me.i still avnt received a call from the desk supervisor. Also called over 3 times for towel and rags .spent my 3 day using my personal stuff. I would not recommend this place to anyone. The courtyard looked and was treated like a regular guest house. Rooms are small and fixtures need repairs. I'm yet to see the garden view

The service is horrible, more like non existence. I am not a spoil child but when you e ter a dining room and you say hi and the staff just say yeah mon then speak to you in jamaican language I was wondering if they know me or if I did them something. I had 3 drink at dinner and I had to go the bar to get it myself with a baby under my arm. My opinion Disgusting.

It's a very nice property, I think a hood value for your money. Activities staff were good and friendly the bar not so bad but the dining room,even to get a napkin was buffet. I'll rate the morning staff 5/10 while the dinner crew 2/10. Good variety of food,the kitchen staff knowledgeable and helpful. I went for breakfast at 7:38 and it took me 8:09 just to get a silverware and I had to send my son to get it. Dining experience was horrible. I could say alot more about the dining room but I will not.

The beach water was not clean a bit muddy my skin was inching all over. Nightly entertainment was a bit boring,had to go to bed early.

Only set back I had was that there wasn't any room service and you're not allowed to take food to your room. I was hungry while my child was sleep and, I tried to get a snack and was told that wasn't allowed.

The fact that my towels was not changed for the entire week end and when I go to the beach towel desk I had to wait an hour to 2 hours before I could get towel I had to used the one from the day before , security was very disrespectful no communication skills.

The property is beautiful good customer service , entertainment was the best they made my vacation fun the pool, the different bars on the property.

During one dinner session they seemed to be a bit under staffed and it took quite some time to have the towels replaced after house cleaning was done.

The overall experience was absolutely worth it. Would recommend it to anyone. For my first personal overnight hotel stay I will be returning one day.

The beach activities were limited. One mall cat sail boat... and stand-up paddle boards. If you wanted to operate wave runners, snorkel, scuba dive, go on a big cat cruise, horseback ride... then you had to go off-site and pay outside contractors.

The food was good. I wish they served Curry Goat more often.

I asked for a fridge at the front desk because i needed cold water to drink in my room, but no one came to see us about it. I went back to the front desk, and the young lady was shocked that the matter was not addressed by the manager. In the end, my husband had to get a family member to buy an igloo and ice for our room. Also the cleaning staff did not provide us with bottle water in our room.

I was of the impression that each room came with a mini fridge and that was not the case. Also there was nothing but international news on the television ,,totally dissatisfied 😒

The entertainment was ok and the food, the staff's were extremely friendly and nice, always attending to your every needs and ensuring you were OK.

Constant loud noise [music, cell phones on speaker and loud talking various hours of the night, early morning with no regards for guests who come to enjoy their vacation in comfort.] the disturbance is from adjacent guests' rooms. Consistent tobacco and ganja smoking from some of the guests on the open patio, disregarding nonsmokers and the obvious no smoking signs posted.

Meals were adequate sometimes. However, on occasions guests had to wait to get plates in order to get their meals. The room is comfortable. Towels and rags were insufficient after day one, and when replenished after they are used, were still replaced in insufficient quantities.
