We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

Abkhazia, GeorgiaI did not like the fact that you did not help me celebrate my birthday for the specific reason I came for the two days. I mentioned it at my registration as well as at my booking. I was just disappointed about that part. I even told other workers but nothing.
I loved the vast amount of fruits and vegetables that were available. It made my stay so much more appealing.

JamaicaThe repeated menu The Friday night entertainment sucks. The Saturday night entertainment was great but too short not all of us like clubbing after. The waiter that was unpleasant like he hates his job, he also burned my friend on his hand while pouring coffee. And room service didnt change our towels and take out the dirty ones. My friends that were booked in R1 didnt get their room cleaned they also had to use the same towels from Friday to Sunday...now that is horrible because i invited them to come down to decameron they say they are not coming back which is so sad.

JamaicaThere was no tea making facilities in the cottage (138) no rags ,no hangers in closset no towel rail in bathroom Soup was not hot enough and salty.no ackee and salt fish on the weekend, drinks from the bar was watery (fruit punch) no whole meal or wholewheat bread.long wait for chicken Very dirty cutleries.on 2 occasions. More staff needed on a weekend. Several guest had to clear tables so they could have the use of one,so many tables were overloaded with piles of dirty plates on Sunday morning.

JamaicaI didn't like the fact that there wasn't any fridge in the room. No drink or refreshment of any kind. If you were thirsty, you had to walk to the bar. Luckily my room was close to the bar and dining area. Also didn't like that in the dining area, tables were not cleaned up in a timely manner for new guests to use. Oftentimes I was there looking for a table and none was available because they had dirty dishes on them. The food was also limited, both in variety and quantity. In my opinion, the dining area wasn't replenished in a timely manner when certain foods were finished.
The rooms were nice and tidy. Fully equipped with AC and cable Tv. The room was also very spacious and the beds were comfortable. The entertainment was also good. They had a really good magician for my first night and on my second night there was a performing artiste and his set was good.

United StatesIn the dining room, some waiters/waitresses ignore some guests waiting for cutlery and appears to be very eager to attend to some other guests, even though those other guests arrive in the dining area after. Oftentimes the dining tables are not cleared in a reasonable time so that they can be occupied by arrival of guests.
Food was relatively adequate during all mealtimes, however, there could be a wider variety. There was definitely improvement in the food presentation, as the containers were covered, and there was less fly nuisance. The room and balcony were quite relaxing.

CanadaI got my room about an hour and a half after checking so around quarter to five . But when I asked to check out one or two hours later they gave me a ride for my money with reasons like boss isn’t there until tomorrow but I’m only there for two days. So finally they agreed for 12:30 instead of noon because they were very busy. So I said 12:30 okay but 13:00 better. That was fair but all the efforts I had to put in too get just fair was I bit too much. I understand some guess may tried too get more than they should but that wasn’t my case.
