There was not a tea/coffee maker in my room.

Food choices were excellent - breakfast, lunch and dinner - something for everyone! No complaints about the size of the room, very spacious and regularly cleaned.

The room was a little disappointing. I was expecting a more luxurious room. There was no plug for the coffee pot. We were told to plug it up in the restroom. The shower had a partial door that allowed water to come out onto the floor. A towel is placed at the base by housekeeping to prevent that. Also, there were some stains in the restroom wall and floor, probably due to precipitation. We had to ask numerous times for face towels to accommodate four people. We would frequently get two or three face towels instead of four. We did not receive new sheets when the bed was changed. We were able to determine that because a noticeable stain was on the sheet the day before. I preferred coffee from the coffee shop over the restaurant (buffet). The mosquitos were very annoying!! But I understand that is out of your control. It's very very hot, so I would have appreciated fans on the outside decks. I learned at checkout that the information desk had a book of coupons that could have saved me money during my stay. I was only able to take advantage of one of them. This book should have been offered at the front desk where you check-in or the staff at the check-in desk should have referred you to the information desk to receive one. I'm sure I'm not the only guest who were unaware of this money saving booklet. When we arrived tired from jetlag it took too long for our room to be ready! Although Hilton Rose was satisfactory I would like to compare the experience with other resorts who received glowing reports from friends.

Entertainment was good. Especially enjoyed the Michael Jackson showcase!!! The food was good and there was a good variety. The buffet Staff provided very good service. The area was very clean. The view from the room on the balcony was beautiful!!! The beds were very comfortable. Enjoyed the pool and the beach. The massage was exceptional!! Room service food was exceptional!!! Shuttle services to excursions and shopping was quick and comfortable. My daughters loved the private photo shoot experience!

The check in could’ve been more informative ( no one told me about the restaurants that needed reservations or the water activities that were included).

The resort is very nice and clean and the staff was very welcoming and attentive. Brittney was awesome ( great asset for the entertainment team) and Rochelle and Lisa were great with my daughters as well at the kids club.

It would be nice to have a non-alcoholic all inclusive option at a lower price point for those who don't drink.

We had a fantastic time at the Hilton Rose Hall. This hotel has a bit of everything - beach, pool, abundant food options, great/varied nighttime entertainment and friendly staff. The rooms were spacious and clean. I recommend going to the far end of the beach where there is more room. Also be sure to make dinner reservations for all your nights when you arrive to make sure you can get them unless you plan to eat at the buffet every night.

I couldn't find anything that I didn't like.

I went for a massage. It was soooo good I fell asleep! The food here was excellent and the staff were very pleasant and helpful. The evening entertainment was great and I loved being by the pool and bar.

The Furniture quality could of been upgraded on room balcony. Also, seating should be provided along the tennis and basketball courts. I found the Spa prices to be a little pricey for as much as we paid for the accommodations. No one told us about visiting the Half Moon Point Beach as a place to visit which was close to this property.

The Food was great throughout the day even Room service was Superb. We really got to taste authentic Jamaican food, fruits and vegetables instead of going of the premises. I loved that the refrigerator in the room was restocked daily. I felt like I was on a cruise with all the food and entertainment provided in my 4 day stay at the all inclusive Resort.

My first day in the room i found blood on the sheets. The staff adressed the problem immediately. The room was not being clean to standards (dusting and sweeping) was not being done. Regarding the food, it did not meet my expectation. I was looking forward to original caribbean tasting food, that was not the case. However, the overall exprience was good.

We enjoyed our stay at the resort. Every thing was great except for the food. We were expecting much better quality of food from a Hilton Resort. We enjoyed the shows , pool, waterpark, daily activities.
