There was no hand towel in the kitchen. Garbage bin was not lined with a bag.

The location was perfect. Staff was so courteous and helpful! Bell Boys were exceptionally hardworking and helpful. The room was spacious and clean. I have already boasted to my friends about the ROK!

When we checked out the card in file was charged for $256. I’m not sure if it was for the hold that they were supposed to take out when we checked in but didn’t. So I am not sure why it was taken out when we left. Also will it be returned back like they said and how long will that take?

Food was very cold and as a dietary supervisor your food is to hold a certain temperature and both times I had food it was cold ,Travel back to my home country I expected to have a more variety In Jamaican food than American food for it to be called buffet style.

Property just looked a little bit tired in places mark on walls maybe just needs a little freshen up in places although the design is modern. Lighting seemed very dark in the restaurant and common spaces.

Unfortunately , we were only there for one night but the facilities were nice with a large restaurant and reasonably priced. Unfortunately, we arrived in the dark and left very early in the morning, so not sure about the location, although there were ocean views.

At the breakfast, when I tried to refill my juice or coffee, they didn't let me touch the machine or the big juice jar, not like all other normal hotels. That was strange.

The hotel was clean and it took only 25 minutes from the airport. The concierge provided good service of pick up. Everything was overall good.

I had a delightful stay at the ROK Hotel Kingston, despite it being a short trip. The room was excellent, providing a comfortable and clean environment that greatly enhanced my stay. Hotel Location, staff overall..Dominic at reception excellent, bellhop for luggage very personable, short hair restaurant manager new years morning was outstanding., breakfast options good pool deck amenities.
