I think the layout is nice but it can very treacherous getting around with all the rock steps matching the surrounding stone. Addtl handrails would be nice. I don't think this is a resort for older people with walking disabilities but with some addtl safety accessories could be

Shelly is a wonderful Chef and all of the food was excellent. The staff was fantastic with ISIS , Shanika, Mr Tucker, Jason and John and a host of the wait staff . ISIS I can still hear you calling my name , HA!

Our room was situated closer to the road so it could be very loud at night. I didn’t love the bed being very soft but that’s a personal preference thing!

Beautiful setting, love the swim and Sunbed area it’s gorgeous. The restaurant has very good food as well. Every single member of staff was warm and friendly, from the gatekeeper to the lifeguard and everyone in between!

I liked the peace Catcha Falling Star gave to me. I like the food from Ivan's every time! I liked the way the staff at the entrance insisted on ensuring our safety. I loved the view and the cottage-y setup. I loved the restaurant staff and the housekeeping staff and the grounds staff...they were all warm and friendly

Only 2 things: the bed was not too comfortable and the fixtures in the bathroom were rather old and clunky (squirted a lot).

We have been here 4 times, so obviously we like everything about it: the ocean views, the cliffs, the warm, personal attention from the staff, the outdoor patio and the music.

My only complaint is the picses room was a little too close to the front entrance and you do not feel like you have a lot of privacy. However. It is the cheapest option. When we go back we will opt to pay more for a better room with a better location.

The food was amazing!!! The bar The view and the staff were the best!!! You never need to leave this place. Met some really cool people and we are going to return. The prices were really good too. Highly recommended.

Lovely hotel - exceptionally friendly staff. We were kindly upgraded upon arrival and the hotel provided everything we needed with a relaxed vibe. Very easy to catch a route taxi to the beach and within walking distance of a couple of nice restaurants (both local stand alone restaurants and other hotels with good restaurants).

We stayed in the Gatehouse which was a bit noisy being next to the road. However, the reduced price of the room is factored into its relatively low cost. Otherwise we could not have been happier. We will return.

All around amazing staff from the reception to the kitchen and grounds staff - we felt welcome the entire trip. Our initial room had a bathroom leak, but the staff quickly came to investigate the situation and reallocated us to another room whilst the repairs work took place. The views from Catcha were one of a kind - we probably saw the best sunsets from our stay in Jamaica whilst at Catcha. The accessibility to the rest of the West End - Rick’s cafe, Just Natural, Hummingbird retreat - was very good. And if you needed to get a taxi ride to the beaches, the staff would gladly book a fare for you. The food at Ivan’s, the onsite restaurant, was also incredible - we had breakfast and dinner there several times and it was faultless. Would definitely recommend staying at Catcha if you’re ever visiting Negril.

Nothing comes to mind. There were mosquitos here and there, so I wish I had packed some bug spray but that's something I'll note for next time!

The food at Ivan's was great! We loved every part of our stay. Our room had everything we needed and was comfortable. The best part was the patio/balcony attached to our room. We stayed out there every night and enjoyed the music from Ricks, the waves, the birds, everything.

We loved most of everything, but it could have been a little cleaner. The rooms had some caked dust in the bedframes and we were getting bit by mosquitos a lot at night, but I am also not sure how they can fix that (in a tropical environment).

The restaurant is the best in the area! The food is SO amazing.

we stayed an extra night as it was snow warning in Newark NJ only room AVAILABLE was A 2br, it was only 2 of us the room would have been vacant if we didnt stay...onlydiscount was $30 booking fee. I thought the rate was a little salty especially in light of only 2 of us in the room, we had just stayed 4 nights, paid cash for 1/2 our room stay, cash for all our meals and we only ate ONCE off the premises AND PAID CASH FOR THE AQUARIUS Suite. No credit cards spent cash the whole time we were there

The shower pressure and heat could have been better. Also some room to store suitcases in bedroom.

Loved the location, on the beautiful cliffs with a perfect spot to jump! Lovely lifeguard on. Food is out of this world amazing! Pool small but perfect to relax in and cool off! Sunbeds plotted around in private sections or closer to the bar and pool! Loved it! Felt like I was staying in paradise!! It will also hold a close place to our hearts as it’s were we got engaged!! Will 1000000% be returning!
