I love signature dishes like ackee and salt fish or brown stew chicken none on the menu.

Check in process was very easy. The staff was extremely helpful. The rooms was clean and very comfortable. Hot breakfast served every morning buffet or made to order. I would definitely stay here again.

Overall all was well. I am a very picky traveler and this is just my personal opinion as there are a few minor things that I think could be improved. The soap holder in the shower at the push button was not clean. I did not like the mat in front of the shower. It a rubber mat that can't be washed. I prefer fabric mats that can be washed as I find it more hygienic. The TV was mounted to the wall with a holder that did not move and when on the bed makes it difficult to watch. In the mornings at around 8 am it got noisy at times when the housekeeping or other workers pull around their carts outside. I'm up at this time anyway but if guests like to sleep in it definitely wakes everyone up.

The Breakfast was OK. There was a buffet as well as an option to order something, which was nice. Location was nice right at the beach. The staff was friendly and helpful. We had dinner one night and it was tasty. overall a good stay.

Other than breakfast, the restaurant food was just okay. I would have loved a coffee maker in the room. Otherwise, the place was amazing!

Loved the breakfast! The staff was outstanding — from the people who checked us in to housekeeping — especially Joy! We enjoyed our room and its location — the beach was outstanding— our seats and umbrella were set up every day waiting for us! We loved it so much, we booked a longer trip for next year!

Honestly, there was nothing I did not like. As stated above, I have stayed there before, so I can see its age, but nothing at all was out of place or wrong of defective.

Breakfast was typical Jamaican fare, which was exactly what I was looking for. Every morning I looked for callaloo and every morning it was available. I have been to Tree House twice before, and enjoy it every time. The hotel is showing its age but only slightly. It is clean and well kept. Housekeeping staff are thorough.

Only couple minor things, shower really wasn’t very powerful, and mattress was pretty hard but maybe as was standard rooms and my preference is softer mattress, so will try a higher level room next time.

Really good location, food was really good, rooms big and spacious, for the price really good value. Didn’t use internet so next time will test out whether can work from there. Staff were all really friendly and cocktails and lobster were great. Will stay again.

I mean who watches television on vacation, but the tv was old and sound muffled. Also, I would love to be able to sit in my swing on the balcony and watch American football games and they only had one option for that.

Close to everything you need. Restaurants, including the onsite with Chef Teddy who is one of the best, banks and a great water activities business within walking distance. Staff is polite and professional.

The staff was extremely friendly, almost operated like a family. The overall design and allotments of the units made it feel very private and tropical. A hidden gem. Beach, pool, Bar and restaurant was awesome

I didn't like that I had to turn on the sink faucet in the bathroom every time I wanted to take a shower. This was the only way the water in the shower got hot quickly. Otherwise, you'd be almost done showering before the water got hot. Now, I've never experienced this in my past stays, so maybe it was just this specific room or pipes to this room that needed adjusting. As with any place, adjustments and upgrades need to be made on a regular basis, this place included. However, this place still feels like your home away from home.

Love the staff, they are very helpful and the food excellent. I'm never disappointed staying here.

I've been going to the tree house over 10 years, I love the tree house, the staff remember you, the people so nice, good food, everybody so nice love love the beach, the beach, the beach, the beach, the weather was so good this year. Mosquitoes are present at night but that’s true of all tropical settings I’ve visited.

The property is very well kept. It’s located a short walking distance from a shopping area where resort guests can easily access food and clothing items, souvenirs and also banking services and a pharmacy. Staff is available to assist with crossing the busy road. There’s an on-site gift shop. Complimentary breakfast is available and served on the beach. Lunch and dinner are also available on the beach. Staff are friendly and accomodating. There’s an outdoor pool, jacuzzi and beach bar. Lounge chairs and beach towels are provided. Tours and water sports can be arranged through the front desk. The resort is located on the beach where additional hotel restaurants and bars are also along the glorious 7 mile beach.

This trip was definitely one for the books! We had a blast in Jamaica. The treehouse felt like HOME. The hospitality, the food, the drinks, the walking steps to the beach... FABULOUS!!!
