The wall outlets would not charge my phone. They were universal outlets. Thank goodness the bathroom had a regular outlet.

I wish you would implement a no tipping rule. Since it all inclusive, there is a lot of extenuating pressure to always tip for drinks, etc. The uniforms at Los Olas are confusing, you don’t know who is a waiter or bus person. You don’t know who to ask for what. The service at Rodizio, in the evening, was horrible!!!! The waitress seemed like she didn’t want to be there, no service.We had to ask for our plates to be cleared numerous times. A big disappointment. The choices for vegan food were very limited!! I couldn’t wait to get home so I could eat something other than potatoes, bread and pasta. Maybe add some tofu dishes……

The size of the resort. The room was very spacious. The attentiveness of the staff was excellent they checked on us every two hours to know if we needed anything. The variety of food to choose from several different restaurants across the property. The customer service of the staff, clean well kept outdoors and activities to choose from wether indoor or outdoor there's something for everybody. The beach was nice and clean crystal clear blue waters. Majestic views from every angle. The pool area spreads right across the resort. Bars everywhere! Energized entertainment crew. Well equipped gym. Complimentary bottle of rum and chardonnay. A romantic Dinner on the beach for an additional charge Overall this is a topnotch resort And if it's your birthday this is place you want to choose

The staff was very friendly and attentive ...but they would start the morning pretty early (@7:15am) and sometimes they were loud in the hallway, which would wake us up. So you really couldn't sleep in past 7:15 -7:30 am. Food was mostly very good (buffets) but some of the restaurants, ie. Don Pablo & Brazilian Steakhouse, were mediocre... Asian & Japanese restaurants were very good!

I was impressed with the number of pools and the layout of the property.

The resort seems very disorganized. Front desk doesn't always answer the phone. We ordered room service one time and it came over an hour later and the order was wrong. We asked for extra hangers the first day and it took two or three days before we got them. And yet the butler would call every morning and ask us if there was anything he could do. Actually they'd wake us up every morning to ask us if there was anything they could do. We would tell them what we needed done and nothing would happen. When we first checked into the room they assigned it had a very strong stench of mustiness/ moldiness and we asked them to try to do something about the smell in our room. They said there was nothing they could do and told us they could move us to a room seven floors up. My husband is disabled and it was not logical for us to have to move so far up because they didn't have a room available that didn't stink. Then the next day after we complained to the woman in charge of Butler's she actually got something done for us and got us moved to another room on the same floor. Her name was Tamaya Green. She was fantastic!! And she also helped us get reservations in the restaurants that I tried to get the week before we arrived and the first day we arrived and we kept getting the excuse that everything was booked. It's a ridiculous game that the Bahia plays telling people they can make reservations at the specialty restaurants and then when you get there there's nothing available or everything is overly booked and when you go to the restaurants there are plenty of empty tables. It seems to be some kind of game they play to minimize the number of people they have to serve specialty dinners to. We had additional problems in the room with a light bulb that was out and a fan that was very noisy and a shower that leaked badly but there was really nothing that could be done for any of those things. Except they did replace the light bulb.

The room had an old smell to it and the jacuzzi tub didn't work. The pool closing at 7:00pm was a little early.

The staff was exceptionally helpful and courteous. The different restaurants and entertainment each night was a plus. The shuttle service from each resort.

I did like the fact that I got 1 rob in my room for three days, and there were no slippers. I was asked what my room was short. I made the request, and nothing was done about it.

The service from all staff was excellent. The facilities were very clean. I would like to give a special thanks to the waitress, Andrea and the team ( Picasso) and Chin (Jasmine).

Hotel needs an entertainment team to interact with the guess though there is a group at the front desk who does a great job. The property is large they need more jerk hut.

What I like about the breakfast is that you have a variety to choose from. You will never be disappointed. The rooms were fantastic. The Staff was great.

The corridor leading to the bedroom at times not clean and the stairs not clean also I slipped one of the says on a used sauce package but didn't say anything as didn't want to get staffs in trouble.

Beach and the entertainment was nowhere close to the other resorts we have visited in the past. No shows and very little interaction with the guests other than to ask you to give them five stars for a review. Very disappointing.

I didn't like my room location because we had sun facing our balcony all day so we could only enjoy it during tje night, but we will upgrade next time to have a better view, I wish they had better selections with the food more Authentic jamaican food the menu was too AMERICANIZED for me. You have people coming from all over the world maybe switch it up one in a while.

I loved the scenery, the pool vibes, the restaurant food was superb. I liked the midnight snack bar. The beach was beautiful and I loved how they placed the rocks to block the waves from crashing in and destroy the beach that was a smart move. All the staff were friendly and the entertainment crew was the highlight of the entire hotel. We did have an incident with one of the security and my husband, but once we reported it to the front desk it was quickly rectified and we never encountered another issue whilst being there and they made sure to call everyday to ensure I was enjoying my birthday, I also loved they ask you what your celebrating and they quickly put a sash on the door to represent what your celebrating before you reach their that was nice and I also got roses on my bed saying " HAPPY QUEEN DAY" and a bottle of champagne I will definitely be back need to look into the privilege package!!!!

One or two staff members were not up to my expectation at a quality resort as this. Please pave the parking area.

The bellman and receptionist stole alcohol out of my luggage. I left it behind by mistake on my last day there and had to get them to give it to my driver to ship it. When he got it his boss put me on WhatsApp video call to show me the contents of my bag and the alcohol I purchase was not in there. The bellman purposely took one of my bags when I was checking out, I had no idea why they did that because I paid for my reservation in advance and because they did that I had to pay an extra $200 to get it shipped to America with my bottles of rum and tequila missing. Never coming back!!
