Wonderful gardens and large airy bedroom. The owners were welcoming and always on hand to help us. Restaurant across the road was excellent.

The only negative experience was with another customer who left her towel and scarf on the sunbed for days (we never saw her there) and if I took her towel and scarf to another free sunbed she told the cleaning lady that these are stolen (she saw me taking her stuff to another sunbed). Would be nice to have a rule in pool area : towels not allowed on sunbeds if not using it! Everything else was excellent!

Lovely apartment, garden area, nice balcony and amazing restaurant across the road - excellent view! Location was nice beacuse LTU Restaurant was great and Rick’s Cafe was very near. A bit far from 7Mile Beach area, you need to have a car or take a taxi to get there.

Lightbulbs and lamps for night were dim.Closet area with refrigerator and hot pot was dark.

Josette was wonderful at the restaurant, Veronica was wonderful caring for my room . Kelly was wonderful in the office. Allan was wonderful. Ginger was my friend as was the wild kitten. Thanks again

Professional and welcoming staff from the moment you arrive. Very clean and scenic property. The vintage/ rustic ambiance was breathtaking. Accommodating for babies!😊 Accessible to town center, food and entertainment spots. Overall a great and safe hideaway nestled on a beautiful property in Negril.

The food at the restaurant across the street was very expensive. Overpriced for sure.

Loved living in the garden. Great landscaping with a large variety of tropical plants and trees. Very safe with a locked gate. Nice pool.

The location lies farther away from the 7 Miles Beach as indicated on the map.

Great location, very large confortable rooms with good facilities. Kids had lots of fun in the pool. The restaurant offers excellent meals and drinks. We much enjoyed the snorkeling around the cliffs. .

I liked everything

it’s so beautiful and peaceful. The pool is amazing and I look forward to seeing the family dog ginger every time I come. she is too sweet. the location is right across from ricks cafe and the hotel restaurant ltu pub has great food and the most beautiful view of the cliffs on the west end

WiFi was a little slow (for working - requiring a decent bandwidth. It was fine for messaging), but that was easily solved by buying a local sim card

The premises was homely I felt like I was in a magical garden. The property is very soothing if you just want a place to relax enjoy the company of yourself or your love ones this is the place. The rooms are spacious what you see on the profile its exaclty what you get.The beds were really comfortable, even tho the room didnt have AC trust me you dont need it the room was so cool and nice and the ceiling fan does wonders Ac would not fit the decore of this magical place. The host is very friendly warm and nice tell her Kimone says hi 👋 I promise you, you wont regret booking at LTU resort for the price that your getting to stay here is no match to the comfort your going to receive.

I arrived with one of co-workers, now she booked through ABB and I booked through Booking. She stepped into the office before and her welcome was of a 5 star rating and mine was a 1 star. She booked for one 1 night, mine was 2. My room had no AC, woke up both mornings by the overwhelming smell off gasoline. TV is too low so when laying in the bed you can't see the screen. The TV stand filled with dust. The water flapper in the toilet was not working, I fixed it. Came in the property one night and their dog scared the living life out of me. He or she lounged out at me and barking. Lucky I dont have a heart problem. After that, I was done. They need to let the customers know, the dog 🐕 will be walking around at nights, so be on the lookout if you come on the property in the night time.

The staff were excellent, location was epic, restaurant view was spectacular. If you enjoy rustic and traditional Jamaican vibes, you'll enjoy this location.

Restaurant was nice however much cheaper food a short drive away

Cheap and good value for money. Short unexpected stay as the palms where we initially booked was under serious construction. When we arrived the loud barking dog behind the gate was off-putting but after we got to know ginger she was a sweetheart.
