Let me start off by saying the property itself was ok. I booked king room with ocean view. The room did not exceed my expectations because I thought it would’ve been more spacious and it’s basically an attic. Secondly there’s only one mirror and it’s in the bathroom and you can barely see yourself because it’s small. Also while staying there, there was a water issue. The water was gone for almost the whole day with no solution and little communication.

The location was great because it basically in the town of Ocho Rios. Also I like the fact that room service was everyday.

Good to see that they are trying to pump up the property by painting everything. But the pool was so dirty that we didn’t even use it and the sun benches were in terrible condition. But other wise the stay was fine.

Not always possible to roll the bags to your room - you might have to carry them through some sections of the property.

Close to nature, so nice to hear all the frogs and the bugs. The swim up bar is super chill place to hang out.

Very steep way to get to the hotel, the whole Hotelarea needs to get a renovation. Paint is coming off the walls and so many dirty places with rubbish laying around right in the middle of the hotel. If I could rate only the room I would give it a solid 6.5 and the hotel area a 2. For the price we had way better smaller homestay and hostels

Very big bed and room. Gardenarea was nice. Close to the city center (10 min walk - also to beach). Staff was nice and helpful with organizing tours.

It would've been nice to have a mirror in the bedroom or living so that you could see yourself while getting dressed. There was only 1 mirror in the bathroom over the face basin, which, of course, you can't see your full body in. While doing my makeup, my spouse wanted to use the bathroom, and I had to pause as there were no other mirrors. Also, the buildings could really use some paint, I saw other reviews about it, and I am sure it's not cheap or simple to paint or renovate all those buildings, but seeing as the pool is the only attraction, I think they can atleast paint the ones surrounding the pool as those seems to be the worst or most in need of a touch up. The pool opens at 9, and we sat and watch the pool guy cleaned the pool, and he allowed us to go in right after, and when we went in, it was still filled with bugs and flies, not that the guy wasn't doing his best to clean it, but the water probably hasn't been changed in a really, really really long time so I was very uncomfortable and had to get out.

I loved the fact that there was a kitchen area, so we were able to make our own breakfast and little meals if we weren't in the mood to go out. The gardening and landscaping are very beautiful.

The bed was not comfortable and the pillows were hard and flat, also you need to get a card machine.

I had big red ants in my room, the hot water stopped working for a few days, the main door wasn’t secure, I felt unsafe because me and my son was located at the back is the hotel. My son see a Rat in the Jacuzzi-as he was about to get into it. I told a member of staff who said he didn’t work at the pool side when I told him there was was a Rat in the Jacuzzi he removed it with a broom.

The internet was a bit of and issues. However when I spoke to the attendant, which by the way is awesome. He said that that issue could have been resolved if I had brought it to his attention earlier.

The fact that the tub flooded the bathroom and when we asked for extra towels we were told no because we had to use the towel to dry the water up. They brought a mop after we were finished. Then in the morning, there was no water, had to call and asked why is there no water. Then gonna hear that they’re working on the pipes so therefore we can have a late check out. We didn’t want a late check out because we had an event to attend in Kingston. Would’ve been nice if we had known this instead of having to call and ask what’s happening.

Internet barely work and when it did I had to be on the balcony. The cable didn't work. The room doesn't have an iron and when asked it came the following day in the afternoon when I wasn't there to use it. Needs renovation.

Property is beautiful to take pictures. It was clean, and the staff were very nice. Bathroom and room was immaculate. Prime location close to everything beach, restaurants, night life, tours and everything. A really family with their own food truck comes and serve breakfast for guest. Real authentic Jamaican dishes.

Apartment was not what was expected it what shows on the websites. One of the rooms was not organized properly and I had to speak with a manager in order to have it changed. One of the rooms was without hot water. The wifi barely works.
