The rooms are very much outdated. It was a mix between motel 6 and my grandmothers decor for the garden view room. Also the floor/walls was always wet for some strange reason. Also keep a heads up they come in your room unannounced. The food in the resort isn’t good. They have a buffet and other restaurants ,but on a scale it’s about a 3. Heads up they only have RUM , rum punch , white rum no other liquor I was rummed out by the 2nd day.

The view and the pool were both amazing. I also appreciated that they came to get you whenever you needed to go somewhere on the hotel grounds.

I was royally embarrassed by an agent the represented the adventure tour company that was in the lobby, i was trying to take a picture on the bike and she shouted at me with a lobby filled with other guests "miss you cannot go on the bike", I told her there was no sign so she only needed to nicely say, miss you are not allowed to sit or stand on the bike to take pictures. Even after saying that she did not answer, she only looked at me in a disgusting manner. This was a very horrible experience and had me feeling very embarrassed. Otherwise my stay was ok, I do believe that the options for food were limited as one of the days my son had classes online and was not allowed to take food to the room for him.

The place was clean and the staff was friendly especially the spa and waiters. The meals were all well done and the pastries were amazing, that chef should be promoted.

I've never reviewed a hotel before, but I have to share this experience. *Booking at the Resort: -The Resort has 2 sides: "The Grand Palladium" (Regular Rooms) and "Lady Grand Palladium" (Townhouses/Villas). - Book the Villas near the Gym and Basketball Court for a better experience. -I stayed in the Regular rooms (Right-side), here's what to expect. *Checking in: - I booked a "Junior Suite Ocean View" 3 months ahead. When I arrived at the hotel, the front desk staff said verbatim, “Sorry, the room you booked is not available, ALL ROOMS ARE BASED ON AVAILABILITY, WHEN YOU SHOW UP IN PERSON”. So, if another guest wanted to take your room, even though you have one booked in advance, as long as they arrive at the resort IN PERSON before you, with short notice; they could. Staying: Privacy concerns: - Cleaners removed the "Do not disturb" door tags 21 times without consent. - I would come back to my hotel room and find the door tag on the ground a few doors down from my room. - The cleaning staff intentionally does this, so they can find a reason to come inside to “clean” your room. If you don’t have your door tag directly on your door. - One day, one of the cleaners who I had never seen before, nor had she seen me, stopped me and asked, “Hey, are you in Room Number [X]”, and I said, “Yes”. She insisted 3 times if I wanted my room cleaned. I declined 3 times saying "No". - This interrogation lasted for 12 mins. - After the interrogation, I was very cautious, as I am not sure how she exactly knew which room I belong to. She had never seen me enter or exit the room. Checking out: - Chaos during checkout with 7 different personnel trying to take your 'Check out pass' when it should only be the security at the exit gate. - Expect to explain to 5 people on why the 2nd of 7 personnel took the pass. LOST & FOUND: Don't expect communication for lost items, as they still have mine.

I had a slip and fall coming out of the Jacuzzi and my situation was dealt with poorly. The nurse and the night receptionist were very rude to me. I reported the issue and no one seems to care or follow out to see if I was ok.

When we reported issues such as the fact that our phone was not working, 3 days in a row to the front desk we were told someone would come to fix it but no one did. Some of the younger male staff made sexually suggestive comments which made me and my friend feel uncomfortable.

No lift to get to room so had to carry buggy up and down stairs a lot. Food quality was low. Swimming pool was a bit cold.

The food was definitely mediocre in our opinion. We never went hungry but it was nothing super delicious or special. The food seemed to be the same no matter which buffet or restaurant we went to. Our favorite food place was the jerk chicken huts by the beach. That actually was delicious and something we can't get at home.

Just got back from a wonderful vacation at grand palladium Jamaica! We booked an oceanfront room through booking.com,, but we were complimentary upgraded to an oceanfront view suite with private pool. The room was AMAZING. We used our pool every morning and night, and seeing and hearing the ocean from our own room and patio was so wonderful. I feel like it actually made a huge difference on how much we enjoyed our stay. Their website does not exaggerate the beauty and magnificence of the giant infinity pool, beach, ocean views, and the resort itself. We were blown away! Overall the staff was pleasant and we felt very safe. We used Best Jamaica for private transportation to and from the airport and that also was seamless.

Checkin, checkout processing took the longest I have ever experienced. An all inclusive resort should not mean waiting to be sat, waiting to be served drinks and sometimes forgotten. I can take these myself if you allow me but when not allowed and then don't get served, I wonder what I paid for. Poor staff in parts who prioritise selected people. Overall the worst all inclusive resort I have ever visited and I have travelled the world. Yet ironically one of the most expensive. Limited beach. The small beach area that is, is for members only. If you want a good beach head to a hotel in Negril, avoid this place. Perhaps for people from that side of the world it represents value as I fell for the reviews but if you have high global standards, steer clear.

Elevator and more pickups golf carts. My towel and daughter shoes was stolen at the pool. This was my first time at this resort. I am not sure if I will return because of the theft. Very frustrating and disappointing.
