Carpets - in the hallways the carpets were not very clean and seems to be beyond its years. Rooms - they need to be updated Beds - weren’t as comfortable Water Park - while in its current state it’s good for smaller kids (toddlers) it wasn’t ideal for bigger kids

THE ENTERTAINMENT WAS VERY BORING, lack of good activities during the day. very boring. Some of the staff did not know how to smile. There was a lot of stones in one of the nearby beach. big stones you have to feel for them under the water.

Dinner was ok, oxtail was overcooked Breakfast was ok but could do with Plaintain porridge,it was oats and cornmeal every day. The Brazillian meal was excellent/South African. ROOM WAS EXCELLENT AND VERY CLEAN AND FRESH SMELLING EVERY DAY,

There was no fried chicken on the buffet during my stay.

I was hoping to have and see ham served for breakfast and lunch on Christmas Day. Also fruit cake and sorrel which is normally had in Jamaica. On both occasions when I went to eat I didn’t see.

The phone did not work. I reported it and it was not fixed during the whole 5 days stay. I had to use my phone each time there was an issue. The air conditioner did not work properly either. They did not cater for vegans at the buffet. I had to speak to the chef to ask for something to be prepared after a few days of noticing there wasn't much done for vegans. Some chefs made an effort and others didn't. The ones that didn't make an effort were the chefs at Pisces restaurant. With regards to the room, we seem to get bitten everything we slept in the bed

Definitely the fact that the hotel DOES NOT enforce the no smoking rule. All the areas where there were no smoking signs, such as the pool areas, the balcony outside the lobby where entertainment was held; I ended up having to go over to people to ask them to put out their cigars because it was affecting my breathing and worst my sister ended up suffering from tightening of her chest and at one point had to go in crouching position to open up her chest to breathe. Despite speaking to several staff to see if someone could address the issue, up to the point of leaving that was not done. This is UNACCEPTABLE and can cost the hotel serious problems. Didn’t like that I requested two rooms with double beds but only one room had it. We did ask the front desk to correct it, but it couldn’t be done until day 2. I didn’t like that there was not adequate parking, I had to drive a bit of the way from lobby entrance and went up a slope area to park, then walked back down to the lobby to check in. I think the hotel need to identify an area and build a proper parking area. Needed more variety of fruits in buffet area.

The grounds: pool, beach, property beautiful. Staff all around very helpful, spa treatment good, room, food, entertainment not too bad. Loved that there were quiet areas.

The exchange rate situation- my cousin bought a drink and was given an exchange rate of 150:1 however, on day 2 at the same bar, but with a different staff he was told 155:1 for the same drink. I work in banking, US rates dont move by $4 overnight...therefore, you need to decide what rate will be used and ensure all staff is aware

I loved the helpfulness of the staff and i appreciated the fact that they called twice to check if i was ok while in my room. I also noticed the politeness of all staff and; whether they were on shift or not they behaved professional. Special mention to the staff member that made my omlette - Marie/Marcia, cant quite remember her name,but she was amazing and; herself and Shanica (a server) made my breakfast experience memorable on 2 days. Shanica went the extra mile to assist my cousin who had a hangover from the night before.
