The WiFi could have been better, it didn’t really pick up in the room or outside the room. The a/c didn’t feel like it was running unless I stood in front of it.

The location from the airport was close. The staff was very helpful. And the view from the balcony is nice.

Felt like a motel. I’m sure we were the only guest staying there. Music all night till 4am, for me not a problem. Love the music but didn’t like the fact a bunch of men sat on our veranda while we arrived back that night and they didn’t speak didn’t move away. Very uncomfortable ! Room so basic it felt bare. Needs some soft furnishings to soften the bare room.

Near to airport and lovely view over the town below and see the sea. The guy who took us to room was helpful and tried to make our stay as good as he could. Lifted cases ect…

The floor was very dirty, I had to wear slippers inside the room at all times. The wifi connection was too far from the room. Hence, the wifi cut in and out a lot of time, and it was also slow. I had to use my mobile phone data plan 90% of the time. I couldn't even watch a short movie on the TV because there was too much buffering. The TV also had poor audio quality.

The AC worked very well. Hot water in the bathroom was great. The view on the balcony was very beautiful. I also liked the grass-like rug on the balcony. The cupboard, desk, and nightstand were okay. The nice little closet had clothes hangers inside and 1 flat shelf, which was similar to a cupboard. It was really nice. Sadly, there was only 1 pillow and 1 towel in the double room, which was reserved for 2 persons, but the guy at the front desk was awesome. He got a second pillow and a towel. The parking space outside was great.

They need to get everything up and running, a they finish the updates. New linens, restaurant service completed. The view is beautiful.

The staff was excellent. They are refurbishing, so not everything was available to us, but the staff really made up for it by getting us what we needed, when they are finished I think it will be excellent

Unfortunately had two phones and cash stolen from the room whilst I was sleeping...if you book this hotel..be sure that your door is fully closed and that you have not drank too much rum when sleeping.! The hotel needs to provide safes in the rooms regardless of CCTV onsite.

Where the hotel is in a good location, renovations are ongoing without the use of the restaurant for breakfast etc.

The facility were not clean and had a fishy odor. My child went through the second floor balcony grill and almost fell to her death. I had one towel for 3 people and it stinks. I had to ask them to clean my room before entering. There were no water or juice for purchase on the property.

Restaurant wasn't working. Rooms weren't cleaned properly, in general it looked like the hotel was going through a refurbishing period, without informing the guests. Pool water quality was questionable.

Staff were very friendly and accommodating. Location is good, hotel is close to the main promenade street and view is good!

All the bad revues are not real, it's worse ... al lot worse. The hotel (in fact it's not a hotel, it's an amusement park for and run by drugaddicts. I ran off the third day! Booking.com should no longer keep them in the portfolio.

There were some key issues with our stay at this hotel: a) it took two tries to get a decent room with working A.C.; b) the WiFi only worked in the lobby, not the room; c) the music from the bar pounded loudly until nearly 4 am; d) the exterior doors to the room from the outdoor balcony and outdoor hallway lacked weather-stripping and rain driven by winds in the night flooded the floor of our room; and e) there was intermittent water pressure in the morning, which prevented one of us from getting a shower before checking out.

The owner was apologetic for the property's situation - rooms under renovation, WiFi service not operating, and A.C. not working in one room. He tried to make us a happy. He moved us from one room to another, which had a balconey with a splendid view of the airport, the ocean and part of the city. The property also has a quaint charm with its architecture and layout being built on a steep slope.

Bed makes noise when you move on it. Water runs VERY slow in the basin/sink. No Water in the shower. No toiletries or towels.....you have to request them. The toilet flush handle was broken. Only one light switch in the room was working. This was a stop over for one night....I would NOT recommend this place. The price for stay was overrated.
