Spacious room with all the comfort

1. The air condition was really poor. In april it was about 23-27C and we had to sleep the window open, as the air condition did not keep the temperature cool. 2. The walls to the beighbouring room were really thin, we could hear then talking and showering etc. 3. We booked " Piazza di Spagna Comfort Rooms" but when you search for it in the Google maps, the location is not where it is. It was mentioned that the rooms are in a different building, but we thought it was a building really close the the Piazza di Spagna Comfort Rooms - but it was not. Our room was about 800 meters from the Piazza di Spagna Comfort Rooms. 4. They had 4 keys - each for diffferent door we had to open - we (and many others) were not able to get the street facing front door open at all - but luckily there was people going in and out all the time, so we always got in.

1. The room was clean. 2. The location was quite good. Supermarkets, restaurants, metro, sights all close by. 3. There was a small elevator (to carry one person + one luggage) 4. Helpful staff 5. Bed/matress was guite good (firm enough to sleep well)

The steep stairs would be difficult for older or less abled people so worth noting before staying here that there are a lots of very steep stairs.

Location was great not too difficult to find and very close to Spagna metro station for connections to the city.

The location super central and only a short walk to the Spanish steps , the staff are super friendly and the room was spacious and clean.

Being in a room facing the street was a little bit noisy and we did have to resort to earplugs but this is a tradeoff with the great location.

There is no elevator.

The location is excellent. It is within walking distance of some of Rome's best attractions. There are plenty of family-friendly restaurants just a few steps from the hotel.

The minibar service was a bit misleading. It says to leave cash for what you consume everyday. I left 10th to for 6.50 euro consumption but no change was left. I wouldn’t have minded if I was told only exact change was acceptable but it felt a bit misleading.

Only minus is there is no lift ! so bit of hard work getting up the stairs ( we were on the top floor ) after walking miles visiting this beautiful city !

We booked a junior suite very spacious clean and comfortable. Bed very comfortable , air com and WIFI were working very well . We did not take advantage of this but TV had Netflix and Amazon prime . The hotel is situated within 5 - 10 minutes walk of the Spanish Steps . Lots of great tavernas and bars in the nearby streets as well as a supermarket open late. You do need to tell of arrival time as there is no 24hr reception but that was not a problem. Staff were very friendly and helpful in booking transfer from the Airport. The roof patio is great for relaxing in the evening.

The hotel is a lot of steps so we made sure to only go up and down a few times a day but it wasnt horrible.

There is no lift available and with heavy suitcases this was a bit a challenge ;)

What was really nice is that is so centered in a beautiful area full of restaurants and shops! Next to that I have to give a shout-out to the staff! They were both so friendly and helpful and made our stay so comfortable
