Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

United KingdomThe breakfast was good but took over 30 minutes from ordering, until it arrived. I noticed other tables, seated after us, were served before us. When I asked the member of staff on duty what had happened to our order, he checked with the kitchen and said that the chef had lost it.
Clean, comfortable and well-equipped room. Quiet countryside location. Excellent evening meal.

United KingdomAlthough the bathroom was,large, the room wasn’t, guess it would be too much work to alter but an observation. We only found out that the food was curry or pizza night when we arrived, fine for us but would have been nice to know this in advance in case we weren’t keen. The curry we both chose also had run out ( beef). The staff were excellent, but they were rushed off their feet. Definitely needed more staff.

United Kingdompre booking we were attracted to the photo of 4 poster in Kings Room and booked believing we'd paid for this-not so-we stayed in outlying chalet. Being british we didn't complain but felt we'd been conned. The room was fine with good facilities but no spoon to stir provided coffee,tea etc. (used comb handle). The advertised menu looked good offering local produce-but this was a bit limited-i had lasagne. Arrived back on Sat and advised menu offered 3 choices-pizza/sri lankan chick curry/veg curry plus free

United KingdomThe place wasn't open when we arrived at 2:30pm even though there there were staff inside. We knocked on the door and tapped them window, still no one answered. We then rang and we were told to come back after 3:0pm. Why wait we were there and they were inside, couldn't understand what 30 minutes would have made.
The staff were very helpful both when we checked in and in the morning.
