Our shower was clogged which made it flood out into the bathroom since the shower is modern/flush with the floor. Only negative… everything else was amazing!

Phenomenal views, love the location, easy to walk the city or short drive anywhere. Nice to have the snacks and drinks honors system available! Breakfast to the room was exceptional.

Incredible accommodation with fantastic views of the city, ocean and mountains. The rooms were immaculately clean, spacious and equipped with a free mini bar of soft drinks and snacks as well as a coffee maker. The staff were also very helpful when we were unable to make a booking at the Blue Lagoon or Skye lagoon because of volcanic activity and advised us about another lagoon just outside of the city. The breakfast provided was enormous and superb!!! Just wish that we’d been able to stay for longer.

Location not as central as some others we looked at but taxis were easily arranged and quick to arrive

It was very clean, spacious and modern. Big bathroom with separate shower and bath. My husband and I traveled with two children and even though it was open plan, there was a separation between our beds. We all loved it!

This probably has been the best hotel experience for me so far and I travel a lot. Flawless service, the staff were exceptional, the room and the views were beautiful, the facilities were amazing. I will most definitely be back.

Amazing suite with very friendly and helpful staff. The views from the room were incredible and a good selection of coffee and chilled drinks in room. The in room breakfasts were a surprise and lots of variety- the staff made sure everything was vegan for us- would happily stay again!

The fridge can be a bit noisy.

The view is amazing, on the 13th floor with a great view directly East (remember that the sun). We've seen the sunrise when eating breakfast in the room. The bed is very big and the place is walking distance to the city center.

During our stay, we missed breakfast in our suite on some days due to early tour meeting times. However, the staff exceeded expectations by providing quick grab-and-go meals for us to take along the way.
