A bit disappointed. This was our most expensive hotel in our 7 nights 7 hotels stay in Iceland and the rooms did not really live up to our expectations. Our bathroom was minute, there was no mirror in the room except for the tiny one over the bathroom sink. At dinner we waited for ever for our food. It was my birthday dinner but after waiting so long, I did not feel like having pudding…

This place is like a dream! A beautiful boutique hotel with working farm. The dinner and breakfast were wonderful and the staff was even better! Did I mention we road their beautiful Icelandic horses on a mountain/flatland ride. Could have stayed forever!

The price of the spa it’s a bit expensive there is only a sauna and a hot bath. I thought it was a jacuzzi.

Really great hotel to stay in the south of island. Unfortunately we’ve only been there for one night. The staff is very friendly and open for any questions. Delicious dinner at the restaurant and a perfect breakfast. The hotel offers a lot of activities like horse riding or hiking tours. Comfortable beds. We didn’t miss anything

The hotel was so nice and unique. Staff was very friendly and helpful with our bags as soon as we walked in. The breakfast was delicious and spa area was so nice and relaxing. It was nice seeing the horses on the property.

My only small complaint is it would have been nice to have had larger gowns/slippers for us taller people. But really not a big deal in the scheme of things.

We stayed here for two nights whilst exploring the South/South West and it was fantastic. Our room was a really good size and nicely decorated (like the rest of the hotel). We loved the spa and used it both nights. Meals were excellent. We wouldn't hesitate to stay again if we came back to Iceland.

The minuscule bathroom.

A beautiful cottage at the foot of the hills with a little spa and a stable. Cozy equestrian-inspired decor and a lovely breakfast. Very accommodating staff who sorted our private tour on their own Icelandic Horses. Do not miss the opportunity to try their 4th gait, called the tölt! A lovely cozy stay with a side of Northern Lights.

Cozy private boutique hotel. Owners extremely pleasant. The staff excellent and very warm welcoming. The rooms are very nice in country style. The food is good both breakfast and dinner. Spa is great and they offer massage. The environment is magnificent! Maybe one of the best country hotels in Iceland.

The hotel is situated on a working horse and sheep farm. The spaces are cozy, intimate and upscale. You get the best of both worlds in being spoiled with good food and lovely spaces while also being able to walk down to the horse barn or sheep fields. They offer guided hikes and horseback rides which I highly recommend for incredible views of their vast property and Iceland.
