The double bed was made of two beds and it was separating in the middle, which was not the most comfortable

I really liked that our room was very clean and had a sink in it. Guesthouse is in a beautiful location surrounded by mountains. Check in and check out were seamless.

Our only (minor) complaint was that a guest was cooking late at night, but it wasn't much of a disturbance. Everything else was lovely.

We did not expect to enjoy this little guesthouse quite as much as we did. As our trip was booked in early April, we knew the chances of seeing the northern lights were limited, but we were lucky enough to watch them right from our balcony! Additionally, the house was clean, cozy, and welcoming. We will definitely be back!

It is a very cozy little guest house, not a lot of rooms and it really feels like a home. Everything was very clean. Loved having a small sink in the room. We loved the surrounding scenery, the drawings of the mountains on the windows were very cute and informative.

The shared kitchen and dining area was well equipped, the beds comfortable and the bathrooms and showers clean. The check-in process was well communicated and the location easy to find. A good overnight stop whilst exploring Iceland.

One bathroom for what seemed like 5(?) rooms of guests might be a little low, however it didn’t cause me any problems. There is a mirror in each room to do your makeup / wash your face in the mornings so you don’t need to use the bathroom so much💋 A bit windy but as is expected for Iceland😊

Loved how flexible the check in was. I think guesthouse was sooo cute. And the rooms and kitchen were well equipped and clean. Location was stunning.

Can't really think of anything negative to say. Maybe just to be careful with the sloped roof in some rooms during the night.

The guesthouse is really cosy with beautiful views. Really clean, with a well stocked kitchen area, and bedroom sink was a nice addition. Hosts were super friendly and helpful.

Since they do ask their costumers what could improve the place: ¡hooks! It is always the one element missing :) The more, the better, a tourists needs planty of hunging space for purses, jackets, clothes, specially used towels since the bathroom is shared with the other rooms, or else everything ends up together and it feels unpleasant to have to hang your towel next to your coat.

Great place, clean, comfortable, the best out of the few guesthouses we stayed at in Iceland. The cleanliness and the details all over the building make it obvious the owners care for their place and their project.

Wow ! Our stay was really exceptional. We booked the guesthouse last minute as we got caught in a wind storm, and the host was nothing but accommodating both with our arrival and our check-out the next day. The house is situated in such a beautiful area, with wonderful views on the mountains from every side. The house itself is extremely clean, decorated with impeccable taste and even teaches you a bit about Icelandic culture. I truly did feel at home immediately, and the house rules made it feel very comfortable and ensured the house was quiet. I would recommend this stay to everyone, and definitely come back there again if I have the chance to come back to Iceland!

We loved this guesthouse, it felt very relaxed and chilled out, and we felt very at home there. It's in a convenient location for driving around the South and East coast of Iceland. I particularly liked the personal touches to the house and the sheep pictures on the wall!

The guesthouse was very clean and had everything you needed. We really enjoyed the kitchen and all equipment. Unfortunately we had clouded skies, however this is a great place to spot the northern lights! Just make sure to stop by at the supermarket before you arrive so that you have some snacks and breakfast. Would definitely recommend to everyone wanting to stay close to Höfn.
