There was a road just to the right of the dome where big trucks were thundering past .They could see us so it wasn't as private as I'd hoped.

The log burner and hot tub were great..The bed was super comfy.Little bottle of cava and macaroons was a nice touch,also when we arrived the lamps were on and music was playing..It was perfect surprise for my husbands birthday. And the bathrobes and slippers were fab

Everything was perfect, this place is very cozy, warm, clean and absolutely gorgeous. The bed is super comfy and the view from the window is amazing. It's very easy to find, very good location. Also, there is plenty of information how to turn on and turn off the grill, how to light a fireplace, best websites from where to order the food etc.

Only thing that wasnt ended up not being that big of a deal is the bright lights behind us, on the facility as we were afraid we wouldn't see the northern lights because of them. But we saw them, very bright and beautiful!

The Dome was absolutely beautiful! All the little touches made it feel inviting and cozy! The location was great, with a beautiful view of the mountains. We even saw the northern lights right from our bed!

Very responsive customer support . I had to contact them, after booking and during the stay , via email and responses were always available. The apartment was clean , very spacious, , and perfect positioned in the heart of the city Reyjvick. Checkin and checkout was a breeze . Overall strong positive feedback

A microwave would've been nice. No oven and no microwave limited the food prep that could be done.

The only thing we were unsure of is the security of the dome - we know Iceland is a really safe place so wasn’t too concerned, but at the entrance to the area where the domes are is completely open, we were a little nervous when going to sleep. We were unsure on how to set the alarm for when you’re inside the dome, so some instructions on that would be a great addition, just to provide a peace of mind.

Absolutely wonderful stay at Reykjavík Domes! The domes themselves are really warm, especially if you know how to light the fire and keep it hot - they also give you instructions on this. The dome itself was super comfortable and relaxing with the robes and slippers being a perfect extra! We didn’t need to use the earplugs or extra heating supplies. The kitchen facilities and shower were also excellent so don’t let that put you off! It was perfect and exceeded my expectations :)

The communal kitchen would not open and needed more firewood and access to the oven. Tried several times to access and key would turn lock but door wouldn’t open. No staff members to help.

So upscale and comfortable, the fireplace was great and the instructions w pictures was extremely helpful

If you book the King Suite, you have your own bathroom & shower. The 3 other domes have a nice shared bathhouse with toilet & showers close by. It is close to the main road into Reykjavík, so it is convenient, but it's not out in nature. The dome itself is secluded though, so you don't feel too exposed. It is as pretty as the pictures. And totally worth the splurge for a few nights. Small kitchenette that was workable for us for breakfast & simple dinners ( grilled cheese and soup) but wouldn't be great for a long self,catering stay if you want to cook a lot of meals. My 10-year-old called it opulent and loved the "upstairs bed". We saw the Northern Lights, and it was awesome with the fireplace and being inside the warm dome looking out the clear window when it got too cold to stay outside! And all the wood you need is provided for the fireplace! Easy check-in, just read the email you get about where your key box is!

Everything. It was absolutly perfect! We saw the nothern lights from the room. The hot tube was nice and warm. The bed was comfy and the fireplace felt like home.

The dome is quite noisy with the wind and cold without the fire lit but once it’s on and you’re wrapped up in bed it’s lovely and warm!

Super cute cosy little dome right by the city, perfect location to get away from it all for the night. The dome included a jacuzzi which was a lovely surprise. All facilities were so clean and warm, a little photo wall to add you picture to, we actually found our friends from back home on the board!

The only downside was that the bathroom is outside but it really was not a big deal.

Everything was great inside the dome, they took care of every little detail. We were warm even with the snow! It was pretty easy to get there and the check in process. We believe that the best way to get there is by car.

The drive in was not the best looked like a disused adventure park, but the domes made up for it. Road noise but ear plugs provided!

Everything was catered for, unique accommodation that was well thought out. Hot tub set behind a grass mound for privacy. Handy for circle tour, easy access info Reykjavík by car. Could be cold at night but plenty of wood for the log burners and electric heaters.

Everything!!! So unique and romantic. So relaxing. The little extra touches made it so much more. Walking in to the radio on was an added bonus. The macaroons and bottle of bubbly was so welcoming as it was my partners 30th that day.

Absolutely amazing stay and we want to come back as soon as possible. Iceland is a beautiful country and Icelanders are so lovley. The dome was fantastic. Very comfortable and very clean. Can get very very cold but stayed in feb so too be expected. Hot tub was amazing to sit in after an evening of watching the northern lights.

The property itself isn’t that great but inside the dome you feel like you’re in your own world.

The toilets were clean but basic, but we still thought they were great!

We loved the private hot tub that was the biggest selling point to me! You felt like it was so private as well when you was in the dome we didn’t see anyone which we loved! Toilets were outside but they were clean and very close! We loved the fire in the room and the owner left us some bubbles and snacks which we loved!

Bit tricky to work out the controls of the hot tub.

The dome, hot tub and shower were lovely and hot. The views were stunning! And the bed was soooo comfy! Highly recommend.

Lots of ice present around the entrance and deck towards hot tub. Not a very remote area and able to see/hear the main road.

Lots of options to heat the dome and very, very comfy bed. Robes and towels to use with the hot tub were a nice touch. Easy to understand instructions for self check in.

Everything perfect!

Amazing accommodation, almost magical. The dome is very beautifully furnished and has this wonderful mountain view. We could watch the Northern Lights from our bed.
