Better soap/shampoo options. What was on offer was a combo body soap and shampoo.

Amazing staff. Great location. Taxis right outside, bus stop not too far. Great room, super comfortable and clean. Fast WiFi. Would definitely stay there again.

My TV was not working. They offered me to change rooms. What I wanted it was to change TV. I don’t want to be inconvenienced to re-pack again to move rooms. Best solution would have been to move the Working TV where they wanted to move me to my room !! Doesn’t that make sense ?

Parking is very difficult. Suggest not renting car if not needed.

Unfortunately, the hotel WiFi had a terrible connection in my room.

Although the room was clean and super comfortable, it smelled very chemical. Fortunately, the windows opened, so I was able to air it out. The breakfast was fantastic!

Twice during my stay I got back up to my room and my key card had stopped working. I had to go back down to reception and get a new card each time.

Very nice modern hotel in central Reykjavik. Convenient location for many of the city activities and restaurants. Staff was outstanding. Breakfast was perfect.

Our room was at the front of the hotel and on the weekend nights, it was a bit noisy. Not so bad that a good set of earplugs wouldn't block out the noise but it did go on until the very early hours of the morning.

Location was superb! Right in the downtown area and so easy to walk to many attractions and sights. The breakfast we a terrific spread - very hearty with loads of options to please even a picky eater.

Wish there was a gym or sauna, but of course, I knew going into it there wasn't one

There's no parking on site. Very crowded in the breakfast room. Very small wash basin/bathroom sink. Limited TV channels.

The hotel is centrally located. There are many restaurants and shops around the hotel. Easy walk to many attractions. Our room was good size, comfortable and facing the streets. Breakfast was decent, with a good variety of food choices.

The breakfast could be more varied, but it was okay in general.

The location was very convenient, closed to the city centre. The bedroom had a good size and the bed was comfortable.

A bit more storage would have been welcome - there was quite a bit of loose furniture in the room (3 chairs and a small table) but very limited hanging space and no drawers. We didn't get the opportunity to unpack properly. The room was a little warm for me - but that is probably a personal thing. I would imagine it is lovely and cozy in winter.

Location was fantastic - a couple of minutes walk from Bus Stop No 1 and right in the centre of everything. About a 20 minute walk from Bus Stop No 12. Lots of lovely places to eat within a 5 minute radius also. The breakfast was great. Plenty of everything and it was so fresh. Choice of breads, fresh fruit, cereals, yoghurt, scrambled eggs, pastries, juices and teas and coffee. We had an early flight on departure, and there was coffee and pastries provided then too - it would have been nice to have known this in advance. The hotel was spotlessly clean everywhere. Shower was amazing :)

There was a construction side with drill noises on our floor just a feew rooms ahead. The noise was tolerable with earbuds, still a word of warning would be appropriate.

The room was nice, clean and comfortable. The breakfast was also very good.
