Lots of confusing messages from the host, unfriendly man at reception, the bathroom light was automatic but it kept switching on and off erratically

The motion sensor bathroom light!!!! If someone got up in the middle of the night, the whole apartment was lit because it came on before you even got to the bathroom door. Also, the bathroom door had frosted glass slits in it so light shone through while someone was in there. And, if you were in the shower for more than just a few minutes, it thought the bathroom was empty and would turn off. I had to keep opening the shower door and sticking my hand out to turn on the light. This is the only reason I gave it a 4 instead of a 5 on comfort. Otherwise, it is a great place to stay and I'd recommend it.

The view was great. Could see Kirkjufell from the balcony. Property was very clean. Nice to have some kitchen tableware and minimal cooking items. It was just a minute's walk from a grocery store too, so that was nice.

Nice apartment on the Snaefellsnes peninsula. Access is simple, parking is available in front of the building. Spacious room and bathroom. Clean kitchenette.

Everything was great. Just know that it is on the second floor in case you have mobility problems.

We booked two rooms. Both are clean, wide and nice. One room has a wonderful view toward Kirkjufell. There's a very nice restaurant called Bjargarsteinn Mathús by walking distance.

Great location while touring the Peninsula. Lots of space in this very modern, clean unit. We had to change credit cards for payment and host was very easy to communicate with and very helpful, We just stayed overnight but would be quite comfortable staying for longer.

The kitchen isn't very well equipped: only fridge, microwave oven and electric kettle. A stove would have been a great, now your only option is to eat at restaurants (luckily there are some to choose from). Bathroom lights, that were only motion controlled, can be a bit annoying especially when you're in a shower.

Check-in is very easy. The room was spacious, located in quiet environment. Nice view to Kirkjufell mountain. The bed was comfortable. Local restaurants are nearby. Bathroom is ok, nothing special, but enough room for your things and clean.
