Two single beds pushed together to mask as a double (beds would drift apart though). Restaurant was still closed in the first week of May and we were not informed about this prior to our arrival. At check in, we were just handed the keys. Nothing about „hey the restaurant is still closed & there‘s no breakfast“. There was also no activity (Seafood trail) to do at the time we were there.

Directions on Google maps led me to the actual fisherman warehouse, not the property.

Owner is extremely friendly and also an excellent cook, very good communication, super comfortable. Lots of parking in the area.

While the description did say shared bathroom facilities, I have to admit, I assumed the bathroom would be shared between 2 rooms. (I know, I shouldn’t assume). There were 8 of us (all family) sharing 4 rooms and just 1 bathroom made it a bit tough at night. It was ok for us as we were the only ones there at the time, but it would have been a bit awkward sharing just one bathroom with 5 bedrooms.

Unfortunately, we were not able to enjoy the breakfast as we had to leave too early in the morning. The staff were extremely friendly, and it was very clean.

Our room was #8 down the corner of the street (the photo depicts the central building where the restaurant is located). Also, we had to go up the stairs since it is located on the first floor. In case someone has many pieces of luggage, it could be quite tiring to carry them (no elevator).

Very clean room with a private bath. The shower was excellent, with very hot water. Comfortable beds, we slept really good there. The staff working in the hotel and restaurant were very kind and friendly! There was a decent breakfast in the morning between 8-10 am.

A fishing village at the end of a Fjord! Simply amazing! It was great for one nights stay. Really well taken care of and clean accommodations! The breakfast was so good! They process their own lox in town and it honestly was some of the best I had! Fisherman brand is theirs and their products are good! We loved this place.

The decor of the room is very minimalistic, given the size of the room it seemed empty but I didn't mind. There is only one shared bathroom on the floor, I don't know how many rooms you have to share it with but I can imagine on busy days you might have to wait in line.

Surprisingly spacious room, nice and clean shared bathroom, sink in the room was a helpful amenity. Excellent accommodation and breakfast for this price! The terrace gave Mediterranean vibe which was a nice change in Iceland :)

We had 2 rooms with showers. My room was great, but the other single room smelled damp and moist/mold so that wasn't the best experience.

We had good 2 night stay. Staff was kind, breakfast good and we slept well in a quiet room. The village itself and the tunnels make nice experience.
