We chose this hotel as parking was available. Staff were very kind upon arrival after overnight flight. Breakfast was very plentiful with so many choices for additional fee.

Decent location with plenty of free parking which was the main reason for choosing this place, it is also walking distance to some locations in Reykjavik. Nice and cozy room, probably slightly cramped for 3 adults, but it was clean and comfortable.

There was literally nothing that I did not like

Beautiful hotel in a great location in Reykjavik, just a short walk to the town. Parking outside the door. The staff were very chilled and friendly. They gave me a beautiful room but I anticipate that all the rooms in this hotel are beautiful. Very comfortable bed, quiet. Lovely touches in the room including very nice toiletries. Unfortunately I didn’t have time for breakfast.

Very beautiful and clean rooms, comfortable bed and friendly staff. We even saw aurora borealis from a our bedroom!!! Parking spot for free so easy access to downtown Reykjavik.

Location is a little out of town so 20-30 min walk. Evening food options very limited, better to eat out.

A cool vibe hotel, nicely decorated, great breakfast & free car parking. We upgraded our room, which meant it was a little bigger & had the best views, definitely worth doing if available.

The staff were very friendly. We were coming for my 30th birthday and had a lovely bottle of bubbly waiting in the room. The hotel is very cosy and comfortable. Food is great, and we loved the extra touch of the free coffee and tea station in the reception area. The hotel also has on street parking which is limited in Reykjavik, so very helpful. Great value!

Impeccably clean, bright room, very nice furnishings. Very nice soaps and shampoo. Short walk to centre. Parking outside the building. The absolute best thing were the beds, so soft and comfortable. Very rare for a hotel to offer such luxurious beds, lightweight down duvets and soft linen. It felt like sleeping on clouds. Really good coffee at the reception, too.

The location is about a 20 minute walk to the very centre of town so a little bit further out than some other options (though we chose this for the free parking)

Despite arriving very early (about 4 hours before check in) the staff were very accommodating and found us a room straight away. There's free parking onsite both in front and behind the hotel. The room itself was really comfortable (the lighting was particularly nice) with excellent views, great shower, and a good selection of products. We left early to fly so didn't sample the breakfast but the staff suggested we at least take some free take out coffees with us. A very zen experience for our last night in Iceland.

The negatives go on top of the review but the hotel was great overall. Just detail for other travellers. The bed dipped a little in the middle. Still got a good sleep lying on my side. No view but to be expected in the city. Really limited dinner menu (one day was literally one mains option). :( 10 min walk to other food so sometimes no choice but to have breakfast/dinner here if no time/tired. Got woken a few times by people returning from aurora tours - might help to have a sign in the elevator asking them to be quiet at night. Graffiti in neighbourhood - didn't feel safe walking out alone at night, but did walk down to beach to see aurora and it was fine.

Special thanks to the tall young man with jaw length brown hair who checked me in on 21 March - he was so helpful! Even called the pharmacy for me before I had to go out to buy medicine in a snow storm :) All the staff were very nice. I chose this hotel specifically because it's slightly out of the city so the tour and airport buses pick up from here - very important in bad weather or for 4am airport bus! And the staff helped me call the tour company when one was late. Lovely furnishings even in room and hallway, not just lobby. Gorgeous vibe. Supermarket is right behind the building - very handy. Overall quiet stay. Very clean. Nice breakfast.

The hotel design is so charming. Lovely breakfast was offered daily with a fresh variety of options. Every staff member we encountered was very friendly. The location is very close to all popular attractions in Reykjavik. We really enjoyed the free & convenient parking at the hotel.

Room was too small no place to open the luggage. the widows were not good isolated so all the night we had a windy noise.

Breakfast was lovely, Staffs were very helpfull and kind. the room decoration was beautiful.
