Can't find any fault with the hotel, but this is our view others may find items not to their taste but everyone to there own. We would stay here again.

The check in staff were right on the ball, made check in very smooth. They upgraded our room to 403 facing the old harbor and a great view of the mountains for our 35th anniversary. The door to the balcony opened to be able to air the room if needed, when closed almost sound proof which helped on a Saturday night. sun set at 1048 and sunrise was at 0430 beautiful colors at both times. Breakfast is either included in your room price or you can pay at time of service depending on your hunger. Checkout was smooth, only issue that may upset some people is parking is offsite so you have to locate parking but no more than 10 minute walk.

Very conveniently located, friendly staff, everything was nice. The shower was exceptionally nice also. The hotel has a good breakfast buffet, and there is also a very nice bakery in the entrance. The hotel’s location is very nice, opposite the harbour and near a pickup bus stop.

Exceptionally clean. Efficient check in and check out. Excellent reception staff who helped us with taxi bookings and our late booking for the Blue Lagoon. The attached restaurant and bar serve excellent food and drinks. The additional in house bakery is lovely too. Really enjoyed our stay here and it was a perfect place to come back to after a long day sightseeing.

I would absolutely recommend this hotel for your stay! I was on this trip with my mom and the room was perfect for two people. Parking close by if you rent a car, a great location for walking downtown and good food nearby.

The hotel is incredible, very modern with great facilities in the room and a very comfortable bed. The location is perfect on the Harbour everything you'll need on your trip is so close, from restaurants to tours and museums. Downstairs in basically the lobby is the best bakery you'll ever have the pleasure of eating in, it's called DEIG even if you're not staying at the Exeter make sure you go to the bakery, in the same complex is TAIL which is a bar with live music during the week, and next to that is LE COCK a fantastic restaurant with incredible burgers and wings, all in all the Exeter is by far the nicest hotel we have ever stayed in and couldn't recommend it highly enough.

The location was fantastic for restaurants, shopping and night life. Also, the fact that 1 of the main pick-up points was across the road, so as to be able to go on trips was also so convenient. The staff are so friendly and the bakery downstairs is a must try! With a bar and restaurant on-site as well, the hotel does cover most bases. We had a room with a harbour view and this was well worth it. Watching the fishing boats and whale watching tours arrive and depart with the snow topped mountains on the other side of the bay was great. The room itself, in addition to the views, has a comfortable industrial feel to it, a very comfortable large bed with a separate seating area. The shower was so relaxing being a walk-in with a large raindrop showerhead.

The stay was excellent! The staff was extremely friendly, especially Yousef at reception. This hotel has a wonderful location and is great value for money. The spa is also fantastic. As an added bonus, the bagel shop downstairs does an amazing breakfast. I really recommend a stay here.
