Good location, old building nicely renovated. But best of all was the hospitality. The staff were extremely helpful and attentive, in particular Luciano. He provided the level of service that leaves you feeling reassured and well looked after. Easy walking distance to restaurants and bars in the city centre and breakfast was really nice too. Kettle in room which was great. Wouldn’t hesitate in staying there again.

Room smaller than expected. Shower was a tight squeeze. Noise travels thru the walls and you can hear the very old elevator. No parking, so have to do pay parking on the street between 9 pm and 9 am.

Comfy bed and warm quilt. Very clean. Great location to walk into town. Decent breakfast included.

The sink is unfortunately way too small to be able to use it for anything without making a mess and splashing water all over the floor.

Effortless self check in late night when we arrived, good parking availability in the same street and nearby streets (paid). There's free parking at the church that's only about 10-15 minutes walking. Good heating, extremely comfortable bed. The free breakfast was a nice extra so we didn't have to start the day with breakfast hunt. We got a free upgrade to a bigger room which was a pleasant surprise.

Rooms are on the small side, particularly the bathrooms are tiny and it is impossible not to get everything wet when you are showering. No moisturizer/ lotion No fridge The room sink is really small and splashed out a lot

The receptionist that greeted me was absolutely lovely & was even kind enough to give me some snacks as we realised I would miss breakfast because of an early flight. The location was perfect, quiet & a quick walk to the centre of town & local restaurant. After staying in hostels for a few nights I found the shower was amazing too. I would stay again just for the shower!

Warm water is not always available at the moment you want to take a shower, you need to wait for it. Also, the service at the breakfast was slow, there were some ham and eggs, but you had to wait for bread ca 10 minutes. The coffee was cold (there is no proper coffee machine, just coffee in a thermos and if you want to add some milk (which is cold) you will be drinking a cold coffee).

The beds were very comfortable, the room was quiet and the location was perfect. Also, we were friendly welcomed at the first day.
