I don't know that I can think of any negatives, we loved our stay here.

Such a great hotel. The location is superb, & whilst Reykjavik is a very expensive city (especially when travelling from Australia, the exchange rate on the Aussie dollar isn't great) the price of this hotel was incredibly reasonable for all the benefits. The staff were amazingly friendly & helpful, the hotel interior is very, very cool, the room was very comfortable....all in all a great choice to stay here.

The openning hours of the bar are not very clear. My room was sometimes stubborn to unlock.

Very friendly staff. Comfortable rooms and the location of the hotel is absolutely perfect. Besides, the price for 7 nights was quite fair in my opinion, especially if you take into account the location of the hotel. Simple, when I come back to Iceland, I will come back to this hotel, without any doubt.

My square adapter didn't fit the round plugs. USB ports would have been helpful. The front desk was able to provide and adapter for me.

Light sleepers should request rooms facing away from front, as the nearby bars get pretty noisy. I brought earplugs for sleeping and was fine however

Location was perfect! Everything in walking distance. Staff were very helpful and very friendly. Room was just like the pictures, really clean and really modern! Netflix was a pleasant surprise on the tv after a day of exploring! I would 100% recommend this hotel!!

The street it is on is very noisy on Friday and Saturday nights. Ask for a room at the back where you can't really hear the noise

The location was perfect to meet our tour guy. The hotel is in the old section of Reykjavik but close to all the sites. The front staff were very helpful, they even let us have a late check out due to our tour ending at noon. Plenty of restaurants right across the street.

One of the nights it was hard to find the balance between too hot and too cold using the radiator dial.

excellent location within walking distance of cultural venues, restaurants/bars of various categories & tourist bus/pick-up locations. spacious room w/full glass windows & balcony overlooking the city center; nespresso machine & capsules, bigger than usual fridge. very helpful & gracious staff

It would be handy to have facilities for washing. Laundromat across the road is ridiculously expensive.

The room was a little small and tight but we only stayed 2 nights prior to our tour.

It was a little noisy on a Saturday but the hotel provided earbuds so it wasn't a problem!

The room is a bit dark. Some of the bulbs are off. I don't know if it was done purposely. Other than that, everything was awsome.

A very good hotel to stay in Reykjavik. the guys on the reception was awesome and very helpful. the room was warm enough for a winter night. Awesome stay and we recommend to our friends visiting Reykjavik.

Staff were so friendly and welcoming. The hallways smelt amazing and the hotel and our rooms were really warm.
