There was noise from whatever was above our room. We were offered to move but chose not to since we were all settled in our room. Our biggest issue was that the TV was pixelated and hard to watch.

The breakfast was very good. Staff at the hotel were very friendly and helpful with all questions asked!

Rooms a little on the compact size but that is all and not a problem for a short stay

Very helpful staff. Accommodating our baggage when we arrived early or wanted to depart later than check out. Breakfast staff very helpful smiling and greeting us daily and clearing away tables promptly. Great selection at breakfast and empty baskets refilled quickly. Staff trying to ensure room is as required especially as travelling with my mum and ensured we had seperate beds as requested. Clean and comfortable hotel. Location was great near to bus stops for excursions the harbour a short walk and shops for gifts and snacks milk etc on your doorstep as well as some great restaurants nearby

There was no disposable toothbrush and toothpaste. So we had to buy. Maybe the hotel breakfast can have different variety although it does have a decent spread.

We were pleasantly surprised with an early check in when we reached the hotel at around 1030am. This helped us to settle in fast after almost 20 hours of travel. The room was just nice for 2 people. It had a fridge and safe box which was useful. Cups, tea, sugar and creamer was useful. There was a lot of table space for 2 people. There was bedside lamp which was useful too. The area was near many shops and we was able to walk around the city area as it was nearby. Sun Voyager was just down the road too. Flybus airport transfer stopped right in front of this hotel. What more can you ask for?! Breakfast was just nice but repeated on both days I was there. Our room was on the 2nd or 3rd floor facing the street. We had to close the curtains the whole time if you want privacy. But it was no issue.

The bathroom had only a sliding door which is slightly negative when travelling with friends.

Not many spots for parking, but I was lucky arrived just in time and got the last spot. Shower is a bit small, not mich room to move around.

The bathroom door wasn't closing all the way.

The location was great, at the end of Laugavegur street, quite but close enough to restaurants, bars and coffee places. I liked the design: modern but simple.

The room did have a smell like urine that came and went, I guess it was the pipes or something. I just opened the window and that seemed to help. it wasn't all the time, maybe happened twice during my stay.

Well, bathroom is a little bit dark, and small. But if you are staying there for couple of nights it's ok!

Some part of the staff was not really friendly and ready to help with services that every standard hotel offers. The breakfast was edible but not worth 19€. Overall the price is too expensive in my opinion.

Very good location and easy accessibility of most areas in Reykjavik, also the room was very clean which was great and the room service was done every day, leaving you the decision whether to change the towels every day or to use them more times in a row.
