Walls are super thin. Neighbors were talking at 2am and could hear as if they were in the same room.

Even if small, room was cosy. Well placed in Reykjavik.

Rooms were really small and the bathrooms were even smaller. If you tried to wash your face, you would inevitably also end up rinsing your feet at the same time. The soundproofing of the rooms is pretty bad. Whenever other guests crossed our room, we could hear everything they were talking about.

Location was good and easy to get to from the airport. We used the shuttle. The staff were friendly and polite.

It was a little bit to far out for random opportunities to walk to the main shopping eating street. And I did not feel oriented to my surrounding with the map provided from the desk. But hardly a game changer this was still a good experience. I did not know about the beach

The room could of done with some paint touch ups, some curtains and maybe some tea/coffee making facilities.

Friendly staff, great location and really nice touch the soft drinks were included in the set dinner menu price.

I liked the breakfast arrangements because I was having a local day tour with the starting time at 7 am, but the hotel still offered breakfast before 7 am.

A bit far from the city center, like 20 min walking.

Clean and easy access, Cark parking available in the property at not extra cost. Price was good compared to other hotels in the city. Just make sure to choose a room size that fit your needs. We picked the smallest one without windows and was very "compact" lol but good for a night.

We got book in the same hall as school kids/ school trip and off course they want to have fun but for us that had an very early fly was annoying. We could sleep, they where talking and tuning in the hall until 2 in the morning. We got up at 4. The walls are kind of thin so you can hear everything while someone is our in the hall.

The location was good if you like to walk. We could walk everywhere almost. And it was like 20-30 min from downtown and many other nice places

Rude staff in the dining section, especially the one who seemed to manage the team was shouting a lot and was quite rude. All the notes about what not to do were also very offputing. Breakfast was very basic and better coffee would be nicer.

The breakfast was shocking ,orange juice was orange cordial, food choice, very very poor compared to all the other hotels in Iceland, food was not that good as well, with what was on offer

Not sure if it was because it may have been a holiday week or weekend, but I was able to get dinner the first night of my stay at a surcharge, but dinner wasn't available most other nights that week when I checked. Dinner wasn't included in my room rate, but if it were available at a surcharge all the other nights I was there, that would have been excellent and I wouldn't have had to seek dinner outside. In other words, when I was booking the hotel, I was told that dinner would be available at a surcharge, but when I got there, dinner was only available on a limited number of nights that week. I only had dinner 1 night and that was slightly disappointing.

Location was excellent. Room was clean. Staff was supportive and willing to assist. Breakfast was fine.
