Weird smell in the lobby

The lobby floor smells bad, i think the toilet wasn't cleaned on time.

The room is clean, enough space for family with children. Shower water is strong. Location is closed to the centre. I will choose this hotel again if I go to Iceland in the future.

- I see a large bed bug - since they are self check-in the lock of their main entrance and our room have a problem hence we need to wait for the other guest for us to enter (note: it's super cold outside) or we need to wait for their response so they can unlock it. I think they need to change their lock to ensure that the guest will not wait outside with cold weather. We also tried to contact the emergency button in the upper lock on the main entrance but it doesn't help us either because it's not responsive - we tried to ask if we can refund our extra night, we understand if they won't allow us to refund but as a common courtesy they should at least reply to us, I ask them 2x, they response on the other queries but not on that one.

- middle of the city near in restaurant and center. Near in supermarket and convenience store - quiet place and clean except for the bug in the bed - peaceful

Unable to open the only window...

The room was comfy, clean and spacious. The shower is spacious too. There is no staff around however they're really responsive on the phone so that was awesome! It's also a great location.

Even they are keep it clean, it s look like that they should do some little maintance.

Best accomodation for this price. Good location , outside parking zone, but close to downtown. In neighbourhood are restaurants, markets,shops.

The internet was bad and the bathroom door is made of glass.

The security alarm went on for some reason we dont know, and it didn't go off for at least 30 minutes. That was loud and annoying.

Value of money for our last minute booking. Comfortable beds, clean bathroom. Comfortable enough for 4 people.

Only issue was the 1 bed but that's on me for not checking it out and some of the buttons or plug ins weren't working

The self check-in and check-out were super easy, the room was very comfortable and modern, the bed comfortable and the bathroom very clean. I really enjoyed my stay!

I didn't get room number and entry code by booking.com or the hotel in advance so I needed to call them and wait to get the information with international roaming charge on my personal phone.

Onsite human would be very helpful. I never received check in information nor even the entrance code. We had to call for help.

Location was good. Entrance very unwelcoming as it’s all remote. Very uncomfortable having no one physically onsite if needed. No type of concierge service for even tourist questions.

Good location with free parking and a half an hour walk into the city. Modern, clean hotel. Family room had 1 double and 2 singles, kettle and fridge. Like many hotels in Iceland it is staff less with no reception, you will be sent an access code before arrival - watch the video!

The code display is difficult to get right/working.

Room decor very nice. Spacious room with very nice bathroom. Nice and quiet.

More towels would have been nice, but I could have likely asked for them- same with the coffee mug. It was a lovely accommodation and the hosts were great.

It was an affordable alternative to staying at the hotel the conference I came for was being held at. It was an easy walk to many locations and, most helpfully, the hosts were communicative and answered correspondence quickly and thoroughly.

The big pole right next to the bed was bothersome for my husband but wouldnt keep us from booking here again. The touch pad to get into the building wasnt responding well. The location of the hotel is a bit confusing to find but the host did send instructions to find it.

The room was clean and beautiful. Good location. Very well decorated. It was very quiet too, which was a surprise considering it was next to some busy streets.
