I love the location, there is an instant mall downstairs and near to Mongkok Shoe Market. It is also very accessible to MRT so it is easy to anywhere. I will book again.

We stayed in the family deluxe room and it was considerably spacious. The location of the hotel is superb, with a shopping mall connected at the group level and direct access to the MTR. There is also a long connecting bridge from the shopping mall that connects you to many places around MongKok. Happy that there is a variety of food options around the location of the hotel. Staff are friendly and approachable too. Bonus points for the well equipped gym and swimming pool in the hotel!

No travel adapters and no room service, there are many food options immediately next door- but sometimes you are just too tired to leave the room. Maybe I’m too lazy but these were the only faults to an otherwise extremely well run hotel.

Central location to MTR and Bus.... however if to walk to Mongkok, it'll be a good 20mins walk minimum to the central part of Mongkok where the shopping begins.

Family Room: The beds are not comfortable. Mattress too soft.

Family Room: is spacious. Enough room to open up 3 luggage. Location was excellent. MTR was just next to the Hotel. Connected to the shopping mall. Food places was so convenient. Mongkok area is just linked by bridges; mostly covered.

Small family room with almost no place to put and open luggage. No room service available. Location wise I’d choose to stay closer to Tsim Shack Tsui if in Kowloon and/or Central or Causeway Bay.

Location. Although not the best in Kowloon, location of this hotel in one complex with a shopping mall and metro station makes it so easy for a tourist to move around the city and even do grocery shopping because there is no room service in the hotel.

The bed wasn't really too soft same for the pillows.

It was in an excellent location. The room was very nice and the bathroom was excellent.

Arrived at 3am on the 1st Jan, there was no water for sell , and the drink and food machine downstairs only accepted octopus pay Alipay and WeChat pay which only can purchase for Chinese and Hong Kong resident. And the machine not selling water too .

Although the room and hotel was generally spotless, the bathtub was a little dirty under the slip mat, so we didn't use it.

Beds are comfortable, lots of pillows to choose from. Drinking water tap in the room was a nice touch. Rooms were kept very clean and daily housekeeping were great, decoration was nice, location was great (you can even exit the hotel into a shopping centre) and we really enjoyed the pool area. We really enjoyed staying here and will return in future.
