The entrance has little space for parking , so sometime it's not convenience to be drop off by car or taxi

We chose this hotel in the last 15 years for almost every visit in Hong Kong, but we had second thought after this stay. Room facilities have never been upgraded since the beginning. Sadly we might try others next time.

Excellent location. Donki Japanese supermarket just downstairs and open 24 hours. MTR station, shops and good restaurants are all within walking distance

I went to restaurant Yamm for a buffet breakfast and the manager pointed me to a row of empty tables which I thought I can sit on any of them, when I just about to sit down on one he shouted behind me that table was taken. There was only 10 guests in the whole restaurant so I couldn‘t see why he won‘t come forward to speak but have to shout.

Location of hotel is very central and still quiet once inside room and a rather nice view of the Kowloon park. Good choices of room service menu and prompt delivery of food. Very friendly and helpful staff at the pool.

Room: It was a bit stuffy since the windows could not be opened, so you had to keep your air conditioning on. However, everytime we stepped in the room would still be too warm, even for winter. Lighting: The lights in the room were quite impossible to control. It's either too dark and too bright, there's no in between. Card reader: Had numerous experiences where our cards couldn't be read in the lift or for the room. It takes a few tries most times. We stayed for 10 days and go in and out frequently...it was a mild inconvenience.

The room was clean and quite spacious by Hong Kong standards. Location is great. It connects directly to the Miraplace mall and right next to Donki, and the Tsim Sha Tsui MTR exit B is near. Shopping and dining is abundant in this area. Everything you possibly need for your day to day is within walking distance.

Overall exceptional but the hand wash basin in the room should place in toilet because the noise and also the lighting control not user friendly.

So , when i was checking out i told the staff that they have charged me for the hotel but they denied and charged me again. I even showed them the online payment receipt and the amount deducted from my personal banking but they wouldn't listen. Luckily the bank checked for me and i received back the extra charged amount .

Everything was clean. The location was pretty close to everything.

Poor acoustic isolation between the room. I could hear neighbor's TV in the night.

I stayed here after my 3 days of compulsory quarantine stay upon arrival to HK. They accepted me, just saying that I could not visit breakfast, restaurants, the pool, but that was fine. The room was quite comfortable, with tea and coffee amenities, working desk, well equipped bathroom.

Thin walls, can literally hear the TV sound from next room. Child running upstairs making non-stop foot-stepping noise Booked and request for king bed room but end up twins bed
