The outside noise of cars and motorcycles in the morning was at times a bit of a nuisance since our room was next to the road (but it wasn't bad if the window was closed).

The room was very clean and well equipped. The staff was very friendly and the house was situated close to many bus stops that go to the city center.

- Some things may be repaired (door to the toilet was scratching the floor for example, washbasin is not draining water well, etc.), but nothing extremely critical - Not directly connected with accommodation, but keep in mind, that Pisa buses seems to be not respecting any schedules, so be ready, that you may wait on a bus station for some time before departure

- Design pretends to be authentic - Parking is not so big, but enough - Bus Station with connection to city center is right in front of the building - Shared, but well equipped kitchen

Staff are very friendly people. Needed an early morning transport to airport and they fully assisted me in finding the right solution. Rooms are well decorated and big enough. Our room had microwave and refrigerator too. Location is slightly away from city center (which is train station) but there are direct buses to/from train station which run up to midnight and frequency is good. They also have 24hr coffee machine in lobby which serves more than 5 types for very minimal charge.

Although not the fault of Giada and Giorgia, too many mosquitoes outdoors, so you couldn't really enjoy the garden, but this is a general problem in the region

Nice room large enough for 2 adults + 2 kids, properly working airco, fridge in room and possibility to make tea (we asked for utensils as there were none supplied in the room), friendly people, easy to reach by car, close to main bus route to city centre, nice coffee bar for breakfast and good restaurant for lunch/dinner at walking distance

The cleanliness of the accommodation was not up to par, and I found several hairs on both the toilet seat and in the shower. This made me feel quite uncomfortable and made my stay less enjoyable than I had hoped. To make matters worse, the accommodation had no mobile coverage or Wi-Fi in my room, which made it difficult for me to stay connected with friends and family. Finally, despite the advertised photos showing a kitchen, I was disappointed to find that there was no such facility available during my stay. Furthermore, the location is rather far from the city center and you need a bus to get there. My advice is to use the app or buy a ticket before you get on the bus instead of buying it from the driver as it otherwise is more expensive. All in all, I would not recommend this accommodation to others, as the issues with cleanliness, and amenities made it quite a disappointing experience.
