The rooms were very small, barely enough room for a bag to go on the floor. We got upgraded on our second trip back that week and the room was about 0.5m bigger, but the shower didn’t work properly. Overall location is worth is. Rooms are average.

Great location and easy access to the tube lines, the ferry point and all the shopping centres on Nathan Rd. Buffet in the restaurant is well worth a visit.

The lady in charge , I assume, of the front desk was excellent on our day of arrival 29th April. She was patient and helpful and carried out my requests, even though she was very busy in her work The concierges were very helpful in handling our lugguages

Hotel is old. Room is small and has a sweaty smell. Toilet bowl is not clean. The hotel lobby is always noisy and crowded. Pillow is too soft.

Location is good, next to mtr and directly connected via under pass. Room cleaning service available everyday. Bar on second floor has 1 for 1 on drinks.

The facilities are old, some showed mottled but acceptable. Views in my room was totally occupied by the building in front of the hotel.

Staffs are all friendly, location is really convenient as it is a walk away from the subway and the bus station, also really nearby the star avenue.

The wifi was a bit slow, and the shower was a bit outdated. A few of the plugpoints didn't work either.

The location was great, you can access the train station from the hotel and the view was quite nice.

While the decor is a little bit dated, everything were in proper working condition, except for: 1. The drainage for the toilet sink is very slow. So the water built up very quickly although no blockage. See picture attached. 2. Air-conditioning was noisy. Cannot adjust the temperature as it only has fan 1,2,3 node. The lowest is super powerful (which is initially good cos hk was very very hot now) so after a while you would switch it off which made the room stuffy. So I had to on and off it a couple times a night. 3. Shower tap was a bit loose on the 2nd night as I could hear water dripping the whole night. 4. There's a shortage of staff attending to the left baggage station - apparently only 1 staff. I had to wait a good 15-20 min before I could get my luggage. I tried to ask the door-woman for help but she only asked me to wait and she said no one else could help as everyone is busy.

Staff at the check-in reception was polite and efficient - check in done quickly. The room that I was initially given was very noisy - it had renovation works going on during the day. When I went to feedback at the front desk, they immediately changed the room to another wing which is away from the works. No fuss from the staff. The best part is the location. Right outside the Tsim Sha Tsui MTR exit so very convenient.

Comfort, relaxing and good night sleep. Harbour view widows were excellent.

There was no ironing facilities in the room. The closet was small. The bathroom had hair on the floor and in the sink when we arrived. The bar doesn't stay open late.

Checkin/out was quick and easy. The location was excellent. The room was bigger than I expected. The bed was good though a little small. The view was great. The bathroom was a little small, could only have one person at a time in it. The breakfast was as per usual buffet set up.

The wi-fi was very weak and intermittent, and we had to wait in line to check-in for 45 minutes.

The room was quite small, but it didn't really matter as we only used the room to sleep in.

The location is great, direct access to the MTR from the hotel, so there are no issues if the weather is not good. The staff were super friendly and helpful.
