Absolutely nothing, it was perfect!

We had the most beautiful stay at Motoma Villa the location was amazing with a free shuttle service too. Breakfast was served it the room and was delicious! The staff were so friendly and accommodating. Always with a smile on their faces. We felt so looked after, thank you for everything.

We were greeted by friendly Gun at reception and taken to our villa that looks exactly as in the photos. We used the provided shuttle to Ubud almost every day for dinner and getting around, which helped us a lot, mostly in the first night when we were tired and wanted to get fast to dinner. There are plenty of breakfast options to choose and all those that we tried were delicious. The breakfast is served in your own villa and we send our request on WhatsApp every evening. The pools is great and has an incredible view over rice terraces. In the outdoor part of the villa they provided mosquito repellent that was of great help, even though there weren't so many mosquito. Staff is extremely friendly and pays attention to details. Every evening they would prepare our bed, closed the curtains and placed water and a bed time story related to their culture. Communication was very easy in person or via WhatsApp. Yumas is a great person and I would like to thank her for all her help and making our stay there incredible! We tried once the room service for lunch and it was great! Also we booked day trips with them, with their driver that was always on time, friendly, and gave us some insights into their habits and recommendations of places to visit. The place is quiet and you can also walk to the main street of Ubud where are plenty of shops and restaurants.

The only issue is the shower upstairs often has no hot water. More towels would be better as we swim in the pool a lot so need more dry towels

The service is excellent The hotel is good on details. They even have mosquito spray on every table. The location is good as well plus they provide shuttle service to the center. I enjoyed my stay

Very comfortable beds, spacious villas, very clean, immaculate, delicious breakfasts provided, views over rice fields, private inifinitybpool, helpful staff, good communication ( several staff bilingual), transport offered to Ubud free, and most importantly the feeling of being immersed in Balinese culture there

Nothing - this place is perfect.

Beautiful spacious rooms. The private pool is amazing after a hot day, and the aircon works a treat. The staff are amazing, helpful and friendly. The breakfast was top notch. They will pick you up and drop you off anywhere in Ubud Central for free in a car - you just need to whatsapp them and they are ready. An absolutely perfect luxurious stay to celebrate our 1 year wedding anniversary. The staff speak very good English, the room is cleaned twice daily and also additionally set up for the night, and free bottled water is provided twice daily and on demand.

Great location, views, spacious villa & all the facilities. Infinity pool overlooking the paddy field is amazing! Staff (special mention to Yumas & Gun!) is extremely professional, attentive & caring. Their superior service made us feel like we are staying with family! Daily breakfast has a great selection of local & western food. Free shuttle service is super convenient.

The villa complex is stunning and located in a serene part of ubud, away from the busy streets. The service was excellent and everyone was extremely friendly and organised. There is a great selection for breakfast, we recommend it. The rooms are very spacious. There is one room upstairs and one room downstairs, both with a huge bathroom. Beautiful design and very clean. It is a great place to find peace and time to relax in ubud. Would definitely come back.

House keeping - the used cups in the room were not cleared on time - but the beds were made up promptly. Water pressure in the bathroom is a bit inconsistent, but not a major inconvenience.

Excellent staff. Great, quiet location. Spacious rooms, with a nice pool. Adequate breakfast. Shuttle service to nearby spots, which was of great help in the heat.
