There is nothing i didn’t like. I rate the hotel a 10/10. It really exceeded my expectations!

Drain in the bathroom was so slow... really bad!! tv didn’t want to work in the beginning!! Had to call front desk!! I tried ordering food @ the point no answer for over 5mins after multiple times front desk tried transferring me!!! I just hung up and didn’t order anymore!!

Shuttle service is indicated on their site but does not indicate that they do not have airport pick up and only do drop offs. The hotel is listed as a 5-star but the hallway lights were covered in spider webs, the room smelled like mildew and appeared not to have been aired out regularly. The hair dryer filter was covered in some weird film and was nasty.

The staff were friendly and accommodating. They were helpful in arranging outside transportation to the airport. The bed was comfortable and complimentary water was provided which was nice after a long flight.

The facility is really outdated and dirty. There’s stains everywhere in the room, furniture is really uncomfortable, cleanliness wasn’t great, and outside jacuzzi had roaches and ants. Gross.

Just how hot it was in the lobby area and the hallway outside our room, but besides that it was super cold in the room and that matched perfectly with the hot tub.

We lovvvvved that we had our own private jacuzzi. It was nice to swim, walk in and shower and go straight to bed. It was even better waking up and being able to jump straight into the water. We loved how spacious it was and how homey it felt.

The jacuzzi was dirty and had to refill it three times to ensure its cleaned. The patio deck had leaves debris and appeared no sweeping had been done. the beds were too hard but managed to sleep ok.

However, during this stay at the foot of the jacuzzi - there were roaches 🪳, overgrown weeds, and dirty cloths or sheets piled in a corner outside. Seemed to be overlooked by the way that the spiders spun their webs over the area.

We absolutely love this place and the private jacuzzi on the balcony. The view is exceptional and the point restaurant, the food was delicious. The bed was super comfy!! This is not our first time here, we always reserve the corner ocean suite but this was our first time in this corner suite. We enjoyed the layout and it seemed more private but it is right next to the outside staircase and for me I couldn’t stop thinking that someone could easily come up the stairs and into our room or hide on the balcony.

I purchased the Laguna suite w/club lounge & was not informed the lounge is shut down & Still paid the higher rate. 😡 Staff wasn't as friendly. They were being rude & disrespectful.

sadly we had to walk all around due there not being any ice the machines that was a first in a hotel.

spent an hour in line waiting to check in & check out. the room we stayed in was warm the entire time we spent there, we asked for someone to check on it but no one came. everything looked clean but didn’t smell clean. found towel with a brown stain on it.
