I travelled with my 83 old grandmother. Everything was perfect-location, accommodation. Host was very nice, he even arranged pick up from airport to us, was available if any questions arised. There was provided breakfast in kitchen-coffee, tea, croisants etc. We will definately come back here!

The location was fantastic as it was right near the metro station Ottaviano and within walking distance to attractions such as the Trevi Fountain, Colosseum, Spanish Steps, and Vatican Museums. Alfredo, the host, was incredibly nice and responsive. Despite our late-night flight and arriving at the accommodation late at night after going in the wrong direction, Alfredo was very helpful in ensuring we could access our room. One thing I appreciated about our stay was Alfredo's requirement for guests to maintain cleanliness. The real surprise, however, was in the kitchen. Alfredo had almost everything we needed for breakfast. We were able to enjoy tea and coffee every day. The hospitality and amenities provided made our stay comfortable and enjoyable. I would highly recommend this accommodation to anyone visiting Rome. Thank you, Alfredo, for a fantastic experience.

The location is great, close to the subway, and Vatican City. Alfredo is very helpful and kind. In the kitchen were coffee and snacks, which was so nice. I really recommend this room for couple.

The air conditioner in our room didn't work. The hairdryer in the bathroom also didn't work properly as it was making strange noise all the time when we were using it.

The host Alfredo was so nice! The location of the flat is amazing - it is 20 meters next to Ottaviano metro station and 500 meters to Vatican City. There are so many shops and restaurants around the apartment!

Breakfast came as a pleasant surprise, it was so discretely served. In all other ways, the host serves his guests remarkably obviously. He met me at the Metro for goodness sake! What's more to say?

Location od the property was perfecr for me, a minute walk from metro station, above many shops, 10 minute walk from Vatican. It was very clean, the host was very kind. It was a room with a separate bathroom, more that enough to rest after exploring the Rome. Also there is a shared kitchen which is filled with snacks daily which are available to everyone, that is a huge plus, if you need a light breakfast or a quick snack.

There was nothing I didn't like about this place.

The location was superb. Close to Vatican. Very walkable neighborhood ( Prati ) Subway ( Red Line Ottaviano ) Many Bars and Eateries of all levels. Hotel Julius Caesar 183 is in the heart of it all. Clean, spacious room and private bath. Alfredo the business owner is top notch. He lives very close by and is very attentive to your needs.

The breakfast part was unimpressive. Packaged baked goods in a drawer in the shared kitchen and some juices in the fridge. Our room was just big enough for the bed - I think maybe the bathroom might have been bigger. But the bed was comfortable and we weren't there to stay in the room all day, so really no complaints.

Room was very clean and the bed was very comfortable. Literally just steps to the metro and all the best tourist sites in the city. Just a couple of blocks from Vatican City. Lots of restaurants and shops nearby.

A little noisy when guests come in and out or when they pass through the hall but that’s it. Nothing too complicated.

It was nearby from most of Rome’s historical buildings. 10-15 min. walk and you are already at the St. Peter’s Basilica. There are also alot of restaurants nearby, the train station was also close, and plenty of shops just within the area. Host was clear with instructions. There is a kitchen, snacks were also more than enough, and fridge was restocked/never empty.

The room was very nice, a large space with a comfortable bed. The room has a powerful AC which was very useful for the hot days in Rome. The place is nearby the metro station and that helps us a lot. The host was very nice, he gave us a lot of tips for visiting the city and he offers breakfast for everyone who stay in the location, even if we did not booked this service.

Nothing really.Ask the concierge when you arrive where it is as there are 3 B and B's in the same building and we got confused and went to the wrong one

The location! Right next to Ottaviano Metro station and a 5 min walk to St Peters. It was clean and Alfredo was so so helpful.The room was fine and Alfredo had the kitchen well stocked for breakfast. We really liked it.

If you like taking walks and exploring city this location is perfect. Many souvenir shops near, cafes and various food corners. Very clean room and bathroom, it's not too spacious but it was enough for our sleepover after long days of walking in beautiful Rome. Special thanks to Alfredo for being helpful (and for providing some snacks in shared kitchen😊) we had lovely time.

As a walking tourists, after a long day, it was a little hard for us to come back to the hotel room from the city center. Also, it was said that the room will be cleaned once in two days, but we stayed there for 3 nights and our room was not cleaned by the staff.

Alfredo was a lovely host. Room was clean and nice. We didn't use the common kitchen generally but everything was more than enough. It is nice that the guesthouse is close to the Vatican city. And the Ottoviano subway station is right in front of the building.

There was nothing I disliked.

A hidden gem in the city of Rome. Excellent location, just a few meters away from the metro station. Easy access to the room by elevator. Room very quite and clean, it had all we needed. Great host! He gave us a lot of information and showed us the use of the coffee machine. Loved everything.
