Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

JapanI wished there were more towels and tags in the room as well as better cleanliness of the bathroom and room walls. The bathroom could’ve definitely been cleaner. The tub looked like they ripped apart the original one and replaced it with a bear claw tub but the plumbing doesn’t fit for that.
I liked the style of the hotel. It had a vintage or old fashioned look to it. You can tell it has history. It felt like I was in a comfy bed room.

GuamI didn’t like the layout of the floor, mattresses had stains on them.. bed frame wasn’t latching on to mattress; it keeps slipping off making it unbearable to move around to sleep, walls are so thin you can hear just about everything going on, bathroom is ok. also would be nice if there were more hygienic products like toothbrush/toothpaste (a must)
