Way tooooooo packed for everything. It was almost impossible to receive timely service. My room wasn't even ready after the check-in time they previously noticed us.They have to come up with some solutions.

The hotel, like many in the post-pandemic world, was very understaffed. At the buffet there weren't enough servers and workers. The bar near the pool was often unattended. The cleaning staff was really understaffed and constantly in the hall, all day and night, cleaning rooms on my floor. Room service trays would stay outside rooms on the floor for hours before being collected. The hallways were never vacuumed in the entire 4 days of my trip. The scenery looking out to the ocean was marred by renovations to the sidewalk at the edge of the property.

The location right on the beach was gorgeous. The hotel itself is large and right on the main road for easy access to Guam's version of Uber called Stroll. There is also a loop bus that has a stop near the hotel. The staff were all very friendly. The room service was excellent.

The hotel is near everything. It is very clean and comfortable. We got a room facing the ocean and it was so nice. The parking lot is big. We are looking forward to go again.

Parking - limited parking for hotel guests when there is an event. Should consider reserved parking for guest staying at the hotel. More lighting for safety.

The service at the lobby cafe could be better, they don't have someone there all the time until they see you waiting there and find someone to help. For our room, we did use the Do-Not-Disturb sign every other day and stayed over a week, but on days we had the room cleaned, the house-keeping didn't replace our pillow cases, although they did the sheets maybe twice. So our pillows smelled after a few days. And the only other thing was our upstairs neighbors or maybe workers renovating(?) Sounded like they were draggin furniture across the floor a few hours every night around 2am. Oh, and the walkway to the beach is somewhat under construction so just be careful to walk in the grass instead.

Breakfast being included was amazing, there was a really good-sized buffet every morning with a variety of options each day, and great coffee! View and location were excellent, choose the ocean view if you want a balcony. Really convenient location if you want either a short drive or a walk to other restaurants, hotels, shops, the zoo even. I loved the bed and comfy pillows. Plus, there were so many amenities in the room, which is extremely convenient having the little things like a toothbrush kit and sewing kit, and coffee, tea, and bottled water. And most the staff is friendly and helpful. We especially love the breakfast buffet crew!

Room service not great

It's a great family choice for Guam, and seems to be offer good value for money, in comparison to other hotels in the area. I would consider coming back to the Crowne Plaza Guam.

location is soso. Beach is not well taken cared; The environment of the access way to beach is not clean and nice. seaweeds are not cleaned.

We arrived very early at around 4am and the hotel only had very limited staff helping us. It took so long for us to get checked in. By the time we arrived in the room, the extra bed for one of our rooms was not ready yet. The only 1 Housekeeping Attendant in the entire hotel who was assigned to put up our extra bed had a very hard time getting the bed inside the room. We were given sheets and a vacuum cleaner to set up the extra bed ourselves (it was crazy!). We paid so much for a bed we made ourselves! It would have been nice to have the extra bed ready once we got there as the rooms were booked months/weeks ahead anyway. Some employees complained they were understaffed but the breakfast buffet restaurant was well staffed for breakfast - which was good so coffee arrived quickly and on time.

The hotel was newly refurbished, the room feels like new and the bed and pillows were very comfortable. They charged us well for 3 persons in one room (thus the extra bed) but the room was soo tiny you can barely move around it. The breakfast buffet was a good spread (as expected because they charge quite high) but it was the same spread everyday. The guy doing the omelets surely did not like his job, he took forever to do them.

The aircon was not that cold. Shower Tub is a bit small. Parking was full.

It was a shame there had been the typhoon and caused a need for the walls up between the property and beach but absolutely not their fault and unavoidable. We did think USD$60 for a 7min car ride from the airport was quite steep.

We thought the renovations had been done beautifully. Everything was new and modern. Very clean. Staff were so friendly and accommodating. There was an issue with our breakfast and after speaking to booking.com it was all taken care of which we are very grateful for. We had a great time. Kids loved the kiddie pool and the whole family had fun at the beach each day.

2 room experience for 5-day stay. First room : 1/ leaking water from AC,2/ TV cable disconnected, 3/ plugs near beds no power. Room is not fully prepared for customers.

The staff was amazing. Mary the breakfast hostess is amazing. So sweet and friendly. Breakfast buffet was good but the staff Nelson and Rachelle made it great. Right on the beach. Great pool and location.

We loved everything at the hotel. We went there for a "lazy" vacation, meaning we just wanted to lay near the water and enjoy the weather and some drinks. Everything was exceptional and we loved the staff.
