The value for money. I believe that the overall experience and amenities they provide are not worth the price per night. Paying this much only gives the impression that experience and amenities are way better.

I had to change the room twice because of leakage in the bathroom. The breakfast is nice and the staff are really helpful. Location is situated in the Zamalek area where all the diplomatic entities are located which is a secure and good are to hang out.

The elevator was always late specially when one of the elevators is not working. The food and drinks are pricey specially hot drinks like mint or tea ordered in the room.

All the staff was super friendly and helpful specially Menna from house keeping team. Rooms are very spacious and comfy. Location is also good with a lot of nearby restaurants and the nile is a walking distance.

It is a little old and needs remodeling. Also shower needed fixing as water was flooding, but they finally came and fixed it.

I stayed in the 407 room (which is the highest floor) and the space in the ceiling and in between the walls (both sides) was infested with rats who kept running, scratching and biting the wall all night. In the next morning we asked to change the room and they changed us without problems.

The hotel has a good location with many option around. The staff is very attentive to our requests and the restaurant is a good option. As bonus the coffee at ground floor serves very good deserts.

We have stayed at the President many times. The staff are exceptionally friendly and helpful, particularly Mohammed Security Manager, Mamdouh, the Assistant Manager, Mohamed the Room Man and Towel Sculpture artist, Osama the Bar Manager,all the Restaurant staff and every one of the Porters. The refurbished rooms are excellent as was the breakfast and the revised Restaurant menu.

The bed was not super comfortable and there was a humidity smell on the hallways, I think coming from the rug.

Staff were really friendly and helpful. The location is really good, very central and with nice surroundings. The view from my room was amazing!

The hotel is located in Zamalek which is the nicest area of Cairo to us! We enjoyed a lot our stay, the room was clean, the view amazing and the staff very lovely. A special thanks to Raymond for making our trip special and for his help during our stay :)

The hotel was a little bit hard for our Uber drivers to find. It seems to be on a bit of a one-way side street. The hotel has a smoky cigarette smell. However, this is true of basically all buildings in Egypt so you quickly get used to it.

Found out the hotel we booked in Giza was a scam about 2 weeks before leaving for Egypt. Was able to book this hotel quickly and for only slightly more than the scam hotel in Giza. Zamalek is probably the best location for foreigners. Checking in was easy. The staff spoke English very well. We had dinner at the hotel restaurant the first day and it was very good and reasonably priced. There is security at the front of the hotel when you enter with a metal detector which is a different experience coming from America, but was appreciated. The hotel is nicely updated. The pictures really reflect the rooms. Of all the cities we stayed in Egypt, this one had the best shower with the most room. The beds were very comfortable as well. My husband and myself stayed in a double room. My sister, her boyfriend, and my mom stayed in a triple room. The triple room was nice because it had a main area with the double bed and a separate area for the single bed. After a bad experience with an Uber driver the first day in Cairo, the hotel helped us to contact a legitimate driver for our second day.
