Our only suggestion on improvement would be so there could be more opportunities to cook/self cater. Other than that, we cannot fault Iades studios!

We loved our stay at Iades Studios! This was our second time in Naxos and Iades studios made our second trip so great. The location is perfect for Agia Anna. The decor and finish is beautiful and romantic. We loved that our room was cleaned everyday because sand from the beach does unfortunately go everywhere! The staff were always so friendly and helpful. Thank you all so much.

Iades was just a short walk from the beach in a nice, friendly neighborhood with plenty of places to eat. The owner, Stella, was lovely and very helpful.

Our room, the deluxe studio, was beautiful! The decor was very tasteful. The bathroom & shower was spacious too! We had a lovely stay at Stella’s hotel. She is very helpful and attentive.

The kitchenette was very tiny and lacked basic things such as a frying pan, so don't plan on being able to do much cooking here. The apartment could really benefit from having a small table with comfortable chairs inside, so that there's some space near the kitchen to at least make a sandwich. The shower had no curtain or screen so the whole bathroom got drenched when we had a shower. Lastly, the wifi was a bit unstable. When it worked it was good (40Mbps), but it would often drop out.

The apartment was spacious and clean. The location was great, just 50m from Agia Anna beach with all its tavernas and cafes, or a 10 minute walk to Agios Prokopios beach, or 15 minute walk to Maragas beach. It was really easy to catch the bus to Chora or Plaka beach as well, so we didn't need a car for most of our stay. The beds were reasonably comfortable, but quite firm. We were pleasantly surprised to find out we could see the sunset from the west facing balcony! Stella the owner was very helpful, and organized a taxi to pick us up from the port.

The room we booked had a maximum capacity of 4 adults. We had 2 adults and 3 kids ages 8, 5, and 2. Since Booking wouldn't let us book the room for all 5 of us, we figured it would be ok to book with 4. Our 2-year-old sleeps on the bed with us anyway. We've had to do this for a few of our bookings and for the most part, the hosts are completely understandable. The host at Iades was unimpressed that we had an extra child, but let it go, which we appreciated, but I just don't understand why it's a big deal.

The unit would need a bit of a refresh and the kitchen furnishings were minimal ( no kettle, toaster, and limited cutlery, utensils etc.. ). Not ideal even if you wish to use the kitchen to prepare a simple meal.

Location was fabulous, close to the beach and restaurants. Host was very courteous and the unit was very clean. Parking was also available for all units.

The room was very clean, the whole facility looked new and good taken care of and the location is ideal with close access to the beach of Agia Anna and the rest of the good beaches of Naxos. Stella was very kind and helpful and took care of everything. Daily cleaning services were provided. Also not in front of the main road which makes it very quiet all day, despite being so close to the beach and all thse shops. Market very near.

Great location, very close to all the restaurants and so handy to the beach.Stella was fantastic, she was very helpful, and organised our transport to/from the Ferry port and also arranged for a rental car to be dropped to us. Staying here was the best decision we made. The one bedroom apartment was spacious and the view from the balcony was just magic!

It would be great to have mosquito nets but the host assured me she has already commissioned it and waiting for an available technician to install them. It could have a couple of extra utensils and pots if someone wants to cook often but I have no doubt the host would provide them in minutes if you asked as she did with an iron during our stay. So all in all, not much that can't be fixed with a quick chat.

The location of this hotel is fantastic. a couple of streets from the beech and main bars and restaurants whilst it is incredibly quiet! Very clean, with a super friendly and helpful host. Their small veranda was super and even relatively cool in the afternoon which is pretty rate.

From the moment we arrived Stella made us feel like family. She runs a beautiful hotel and her passion for what she provides shows. Communication was excellent via email and in person. The rooms were amazing and importantly as shown on the booking site. The view from our room was to die for, especially when lazing around in bed. We asked for a late check out and Stella said no problem and was also more than happy to hold on to our bags all day for us to further explore the island. My teen kids loved their room too which was directly next to our which was handy.

Our host Stella, was very friendly and helpful ensuring we had a perfect holiday. The apartment was very modern and clean with Seaview. The bed was so comfortable, best we've had! Accomodation was minutes from a supermarket, Tavernas and the beach. We would love to be able to return soon.

The room was spacious, airy and clean with a fantastic bed and shower. The large terrace was perfect for relaxing and had a rack for drying clothes. The owner and her family were very friendly and kind, even leaving us two bottles of wine during our stay.

Second bathroom (rm #7) was a little small for people that were 6ft tall or higher to shower in. It was a none issue since we also had the connecting room (#8) which we all used as the main one.

Very walkable to all you would want. The beach was right there, there was a couple of coffee shops close by, small grocery store just down the street and more restaurants then you had time to eat at.
