We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

United StatesThe front doors are very hard to open, no handicap assist opener. My husband has mobility issues and is in a wheel chair, so this was the first problem we encountered. The room was listed as handicap accessible with roll-in shower. The tile and shower lining are very slippery for me as the care giver. I had to put towels down to keep from falling. Very dangerous. And then the front desk people don't want to give towels out if housekeeping is not there so I had to beg for extra towels. The handheld sprayer in the shower was missing. I had to clean him using an ice bucket to pour water over him. It took me 3 times longer to shower him than it does at home.
I appreciate the late check in. There are temp controls in the room so we can control the heat and that was nice. Overall, the bed was comfortable and we were able to rest.

Francethe Wifi doesn’t work on computers (it was ok on my phone for a few days but not my entire stay). I chose this place for the wifi I was there for work, so really disappointed, lost my money. They don’t have housekeepers because of COVID… yes still in August 2022. so some rooms are terrible. The fridge and microwave were disgusting, and they don’t even vaccum the rooms between client. There was urine in the elevator. and you hear EVERYTHING that happens in the room next door, it was horrible. Some people at reception were not nice at all.
staff gave me a new and bigger room when the first I was supposed to have was not clean at all. Beds are comfortable. The laundry ladies are adorable and help you when you need. I was allowed to check out 30min later.

United StatesThe air conditioning on second floor barely worked. The first room I checked into the a/c was on high and it almost seemed like the room was just as hot as it was outside. I called the front desk and they said they would give me a different room. The second room I tried seemed to be a few degrees cooler than the first room I had. However the a/c was not working properly in that room either. I dont think it dropped below 80 degrees. However staff was very friendly and nice.
