The room (upgraded) was large, but the two extra beds made it look more like a dormitory than a luxury hotel room. Lack of information. We only found the 'fridge as we were leaving. Being charged extra for a small bottle of water.

The bathroom might need to be updated as the shower water tends to collect while showering and the sink plug didn't work. The rest of the bedroom and the overall facilities are great!

The staff went beyond expectations to meet our needs during our stay. We checked out early and the staff prepared us a to-go/take away breakfast. I highly recomend you stay here during your time in Kalamata.

Good Hotel nice location , but we were very disappointed about the Pool that was closed . And that was one of the reasons we booked the Hotel after 2 half drive from the mountains, me and my family Were expecting to use the pool!!!

We booked the Hotel for one night too be near the beach. And on the website the Hotel said has roof top pool. The rooms Were nice and the breakfast was very good. And there is parking outside the Hotel on the street for free . There few Restaurants walking distance down to the Marina. But if you walk about 8-10 minutes to the to the sea walk you will Find amazing restaurants and night life full Of about 20 different restaurants and thinks to do for young kids And night clubs .

After a late checkin the desk clerk was very helpful about places to eat. Relaxing in a complimentary dressing gown on the comfortable bed was very welcome. The Greek buffet breakfast was excellent and the specially made coffee was delicious.

Breakfast buffet: good choice of food but due to corona a waitress was filling the plates and guests had to choose without getting close to the table to see the alternatives. (Maybe change the layout like in a bar with the food between guests and waitress?)

Location not really in the center but walkable distance and enjoyable path. Staff very kind. Parking always available.

The balcony was lacking a drying rack but nothing really bothered us! The only thing that we can think of as negative is that although the room was soundproofed from street noise, we could still hear other tenants sometimes. In addition when tenants closed their rooms' doors with force our room would shake. Last but not least, some breakfast items they recommended as vegan contain honey, so they aren't suitable for everyone.

Lovely and clean hotel with friendly staff. Many Covid regulations were in place and made us feel safe. Sanitizers were readily available at the lobby, the elevator, the room and the breakfast tables. The room was as advertised. The bed was comfortable and big and the room spacious. Our balcony had a view of the port and a small park. The road was busy but the room is soundproof. AC worked well. Room was cleaned sufficiently. The room had many amenities like bathrobes, slippers, body lotion and mini handsanitizer. The shower had a constant stream of warm water and good water pressure. The towels were soft. As far as breakfast is concerned they had plenty of tasty options and we really loved that the orange juice they served was freshly squeezed. The breakfast staff was very friendly, helpful and able to answer any questions we had concerning the ingredients. They wore masks and prepared our plates as we were not allowed very close to the food due to covid regulations. My partner is vegan and was surprised by the variety of options she could choose from. They served pizza with caramelized onions and vegan cheese, pizza with vegetables, fruits and marmalades, fried mushrooms, spinach pie, rusks covered with tomato and olives, dough bites stuffed with sundried tomatoes and olives and many other things. Locationwise it is a 15 min walk to the city's shopping  streets and its big square and also it is close to the start of the seaside road were there are many taverns, beach bars, patisseries and ofcourse organised beaches. There are  bus stops in the immediate vicinity of the hotel. A big toy and home store called jumbo is nearby and there is also a big AB supermarket 5 mins away with lots of vegan options.

We were under the impression that once the hotel was called “Elektra Hotel & spa” that it would have a spa but as we were informed it did not worked for some months now.

Good location, restaurants beach cafeterias all in walkable distance, a friendly staff, ease parking. Room was very spacious and they had a good breakfast

I was expecting pool and pool bar as it was described. The hotel did not have such facilities. Bathroom had some issue with the shower floor, where draining of shower water was not proper, collecting water and dirt.

The owner/receptionist was indifferent and at times rude. There was no working toilet in the reception and there was a problem with the airconditioning in the room and we spent half our stay with dysfunctioning air conditioning (and were not suggested to change room). The swimming pool was closed and it was not updated in the site when we booked. The location was not as convenient and it was quite dangerous to go anywhere on foot when stepping out of the hotel. There were too many cars parked in front of the pavement and the street had cars coming from each direction and no safe pedestrian crossing - the hotel would have done something to help its customers walk outside and cross the street! Low value for money - I would not stay there again.

Exceptional breakfast, very pleasant staff at the restaurant and room service. Extremely comfortable beds!
