Room smelled like on cigarettes so much. We kept our window open but somebody smoked there for days and smell just never got out while we were there. We had included dinner/breakfast, but it suprised me when we had to pay the water during dinner. Bad move. That is why I will probably not go back. Mr. Manager, please include a glass of water in the price, this is so cheap move from your side. Main worker in the restaurant acted like policeman in jail. Sir please relax. And retire. Hotel sea beach is the worst I've seen.. Dirty, dirty, dirty. Pools are awesome and only place you can swim.

Booked separate (twin) beds and same confirmed by the hotel, but in reality they were not. Otherwise, it is not a problem for me to space the beds, but it is impossible to move the heavy beds on the carpet. Carpet on the sea, bad choice of decorator. Insufficient number of electrical outlets in the room. The pools could be cleaner. There are no umbrellas at the pools, not all of us have come to be burnt in the sun. The beach is beautiful, at least it used to be when there were no sunbeds in 3 rows on the beach approx. 3m wide, and 100 umbrellas, where you have to step on heads and get stuck on the sunbeds, which are paid extra like the umbrellas, even though you are a hotel guest. Food tasty, but could be more varied. I won't mention insects and bugs, but it's something we can't influence, it's nature and we have to accept it. Recommendation, nets on the balcony door and laundry holder too.

The building is really grandiose and well designed, once upon a time it was really well planned and built and hotel deserves the name Grand.Good access to the hotel and free parking. Wonderful landscape and promenade around the hotel. Location, size and view from the pools and terraces. Room view, size, beds and cleanliness. AC works well with well-designed work regime :) Simple, perhaps unique, if nothing unusual access to the beach. The staff is friendly and accommodating. Excellent Wifi.

The hotel is grand as it’s say in the name. Great location, beautiful roof pool, breakfast with a lot of food choices, nice beach restaurant with live music, breathtaking sunsets from the roof top, friendly stuff at the check in desk.

Bar staff!!! Hope that somebody will read this and do something about it! Bar near reception, not busy time, waiters sitting,, and they will not serve you for 15-20minutes (had this several times) until you got to them and ask, then you wait again, then they miss the order... Or evenings, live music on hotel terrace, you can sit for 20min nobody will come and serve you. For this kind of hotel and especially for the prices of drinks which are high for BiH (4.5 euros draft beer) it must be way better service. Beach overcrowded with hotel chairs (you need pay extra for them) but that seems as standard in Neum. Hotel parking- it can be found but usually really narrow and crazy, or to park on the road near hotel

Big hotel with several pools, and rooftop is the best one with beautiful view. Free lounge chairs at pools are great, and you can always find it... Parts of the hotel are renovated, and elevators are new and quick. Huge benefit are elevators to the beach connected with tunnel. Rooms clean, regularly maintened. Overall, it's a good hotel...

slippery floor in the shower cabin in combination with overall weak lighting in the bathroom makes bathroom a dangerous spot for elderly in particular. beach chairs have covered every inch of the rather small beach in front of the hotel which is always very crowded.

Access to the beach is not baby stroller friendly. You ride elevator than have two steep hills to go to beach (two times there was ramp so we needed to carry stroller, no long but nevertheless)

Pillows in room were terrible. I asked for twin room, but the beds were not separate. So I've done it by myself. And, more over, there were a lot of trash between beds, like popcorn and baby pacifier. So the cleaning is not the best. Sauna in pool area was cold.

Our room has quite tired, beds a bit hard and could do with better ventilation in the bathroom.

Excellent breakfast and pool facilities. Good free parking and access to the beach.

The rooms were not so high quality and a bit far away from the lobby. The pool and sauna closed on 9pm, also you couldn’t play table tennis after 9pm.

The breakfast was very good. Indoor pool was also good.

The meat with the dinner was pretty dry. They had lot of different kind of meat so that was a pitty. We booked a massage, unfortunately the massager was constantly on her phone. I saw it an pointed it out afterwards she appologized and said there are family issues.. I wanted to use the Sauna before we left (around 10 am), the Sauna was supposed to open as of 9 am. But it was still cold when I went there since it got forgotten to turn on. It took about half an hour to warm it up but then we also needed to leave.

We had half board there was plenty of food. For breakfast all basiscs available. The indoor pool was great, very big for lane swimming. the outdoor pool was very cold in September at least. Location is good, very close to the hotels beach.

The only slight downside were the pools. The Infinity one was stunning, but very cold. That's fair enough as it's not advertised as having hot water. We were there in September. It was about 27 degrees outside. I assume the pool would be more pleasant in June/July. However, the other "thermal" pool, located inside the building was also quite cold...the water was tepid at best. It wasn't the end of the world, but a couple of extra degrees would've made a massive difference

The hotel is massive; probably one of the biggest i've stayed in. The staff is incredibly welcoming and helpful (i regret not remembering the name of this girl at reception who helped us out several times, including with booking a van for us to take us to Dubrovnik the next day). Our room and balcony were amazing. Great views, spacious and clean room. The dinner and breakfast were ok - nothing amazing, but definitely above average, with plenty of choices.
