The lounge was uncomfortable to sit on.

It was good, clean and had comfortable beds. A couple of maintenance issues were resolved very quickly.

We struggled with obtaining WIFi. Lack of toilet paper and consumables considering we stayed for 9 nights.

My husband and I were disappointed with unit 58 that we stayed in. We have stayed Diamond Beach Resort a dozen times. The oven was dirty and old and the microwave wave was very old. The towel rail fell off wall at night in the bigger bathroom. The fittings in the ensuite off the master bedroom, the shower slide is rusty and old and needs a new hand held shower rose as was old. The carpets in the 3 bedrooms need to be carpet cleaned. The draws in the cupboards in the the two bedrooms with the single beds were musty smelling. The faucet in the kitchen was loose and had through broke away from the sink. It was replaced by the plumber. On the ceiling above the hi bench in the kitchen there is quite a large brown stain that needs attention. The toilet adjacent to the laundry room, had a too small seat on the porcelain that it slide into the toilet pan when sat upon. The toilet seat in the ensuite was very loose and could not be tightened by the plumber as the screws were rusted. The mat in the living room was upside down as the correct side of was filthy. There conservatory off the lounge leaked from the last night of our 10 day stay and it was due to huge amounts of rain and a massive overflow from block guttering on level 2 and level 3. This is obviously is an on going problem as the little wall that separates the lounge from the dining area and the plaster board above the conservatory have water bubbles in them as water is getting in there. Water also came in under the couch in the that is near the conservatory. Maybe the rubbers in the conservatory windows need checking.

A suburban paradise which is family friendly, a great location as it is close to the beach, Pacific Fair and eateries.

Just update furniture and fix the shower and tap in main bedroom.

The pool and BBQ facility beyond my expectations. Rooms abit disappointed only because the ensuite the shower pressure was very poor and the bath tap did not reach into the bath tub. Furniture could be updated as it was old and one of the dining chairs was very unsafe to sit on . Otherwise loved it and would definitely stay their again and have recommended it to my other friends with children.

Although the apartment was a good size and layout, it was incredibly old and worn out. Bathrooms and kitchen were likely original and poor condition. Actual facilities of the resort were lovely and well kept.

Very convenient location close walk to beach, Restaurants at Broadbeach, walk to Pacific Fair and Light rail. Resort facilities were lovely, pool area very large and a lot of areas around to relax by pool if you didn't feel like walking to beach.

Paid more and went for the deluxe three bedroom apartment because it had air-conditioning only to find out the air-conditioning was on a timer which meant through the night we were having to get up every three hours to turn it back on.

Excellent location and plenty of space for us all in the apartment (2 Adults 3 teenagers). Excellent beds that were very comfortable. Kitchen was very good and well appointed. Liked being on the second floor and it came with a car park which was a little tight but we had a big car so was still good. Staff were friendly and efficient. After hours was good too as we arrived very late due to awful traffic.

The number of people smoking & vaping around the pool was terrible The double bed wasn't very comfortable. We only had 2 extra toilet rolls When we asked for more towels, there was a charge. The cost for the 6 nights was very expensive

There were maintenance issues in the renovated bathroom. Toilet roll holder stuck on with tape did not stick. No fan vent in our bathroom.

The pool is beautiful to swim in. The palm trees are like paradise. The location to the walking paths, parks, beach and shops is great!

We had issues with our balcony doors not locking properly. We stayed in a 2 bedroom apartment but the second bedroom with 2 single beds only had one bedside table.

The pool area is awesome. Plenty of BBQ’s, tables and chairs and lounges. It’s also in a great location so close to the beach. Our 2 bedroom apartment, although a little dated, was very spacious, comfortable and clean.

The unit needed a bit done, shower kept almost flooding so had to be really careful. Beds were a bit hard after a lot of walking in a day.

It's a great position though with lots happening around it. The staff were friendly and we have come here four times now. Only time we have been a bit disappointed.

While it was clean on the surface, the apartment was quite rough around the edges. Some rusty fixtures and tattered paint. Bathroom was very basic. A small face lift and the place would be great. Another thing that was tedious was the construction going on behind us - woke us up on Saturday morning. If we'd been staying all week I'd have been very disappointed about the noise but we managed for one day (and Sunday must be their day off), Try and get an apartment on the beach side of the block or closer to Alexandra Ave to avoid this!

Location was great, only a 5-7 minute walk up to all that Broadbeach has to offer. Spacious apartment, suited 4 adults and 3 kids well.

Room wasn’t very clean. Under the heatpump remote was a lot of hair and dust. We did not have enough toilet paper to last us for the service even though we were hardly home so had to ask at front desk. Next time it would be great to be fully stocked as the services are only every 4 days. I had no issue in this other then we didn’t have enough stuff to last us 4 days.

Loved the pool and bbq area. Great location and nice rooms.
