We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

United KingdomThe menu was fixed I believe for the week, so a bit restricting if have dinner there for more than a couple of days! Having said that the meals we did have were good.
Fabulous location! The bungalow/hut we were in was right on the beach front, less than 5m and we were on sand:-) All staff really friendly and all able to cope with English, some were even able to dicipher my poor French!

United KingdomThe housekeeping was very efficient and done early every morning. The delightful ladies at reception were very friendly and helpful. Staff at the restaurant were welcoming and efficient. We went on three good excursions organised by the hotel which we enjoyed very much. We enjoyed swimming and walking on the beaches by the hotel, and the hotel was ideally located to visit interesting parts of the island.

LatviaVery old bungalows, rooms needs to have an urgent maintenance. The breakfast place dirty and dark. I would say very low quality for the price we paid. The showers are old, all property missing care. When we arrived there was no indication where to go, the receptionist just showed the direction. No indication where is your bungalow, everything dark and we were obliged to go at the backside of the main eating house, garbage and smelling. I have traveled a lot, but this hotel is definitely to be avoided. Don’t go there, it is a trap. The pictures looks nicer than sad, sad reality.
The tennis courts are quite good. The beach is close.

GermanyThe hotel is quite big so expect many people at this place. The room are not that clean as you would expect from a 3 Star hotel. The service needs to be improved e.g. front desk (they promised 24/7 but many times as we needed support, nobody was there). Expect loud music at the beach bar at night (sometimes until 1am), the music you can hear in the room too. But the reason why I wouldn't stay in this hotel again, you don’t get the feeling that you are in Guadeloupe.

United StatesThere lack of communication. The gate was not opening upon arrival- no one answered reception desk or messages for a hour. carried suitcase and bags up hill hurting already injured beck. Took an antigen test paid and never got the result- lost flight, had to pay for another flight plus another hotel without no compensation or understanding from the hotel and the Antigen test was form through their resources. lack of clean towels being placed in the “room”. requested room to be decorated for husband birthday nothing was done.
Only the staff courtesy in the restaurant and bar.
