Some of the facilities in the room are not comfortable to use even though it is a new looking hotel - the shower head was problematic, bed was not comfortable

The location is very close to center of Alacati. Staff were all helpful and they have really amazing breakfast :)

Room was small, was in the basement, and had a dingey moldy smell. The bathroom had a hole in the ceiling where you could see daylight. I don't think this is normal. But it was a cheap hotel.

The breakfast only starts at 9am, for us it was quite late.

The room is super nice The location is really near the center and you can explore the village very easily. The breakfast is really good and the staff is very helpful.

Either room was nice from the first look , but the facilities were already “tired” - the a/c could be renewed , the bed, the fridge was barely working, but the most annoying was the shower, you need to wait like 5-10 mins to get the hot water :( Also one thing that I didn’t understand is why we can’t bring our food and drinks to the hotel and enjoy it near the pool, it’s not a restaurant, it’s a hotel , so it shouldn’t be forbidden. I was in Turkish hotels many times , but see such for the first time. Funny thing is that they have a menu with drinks , but there is no price written

I stayed at -1 floor so it was a little bit damp also the room wasn’t super clean but for this price the room had everting I needed

Internet connection could be a little bit faster. I was working a lot in the outside area, so i think thats not relevant to everyone.

Perfect location, very close to the beautiful city center. Super nice, bright clean room. Nice outdoor area with comfy sofas perfect for chilling and working. Very friendly and helpful staff. They catered to all my extra wishes. Best ist the big and fresh breakfast every morning.

Don’t recommend to pick rooms without windows :)

I definitely recommend this hotel, it has a great location 5 min walking from all the beautiful streets, at the same time easy accessible by car, and has parking lots right in front. The place very cozy and well equipped, it was fully booked but still calm and peaceful, the other guests were all very pleasant people. And the service was perfect, Mr. Aden is helpful, caring and nice, we had more than we asked for, I’m glad that we have chosen this place, it was worth it 100%

Amazing location. Great property with tastefully done interiors and a lovely breakfast area next to the swimming pool. They even upgraded our room from the basement to a room on the first floor. Loved the sumptuous breakfast as well. Great value for money. The staff was extremely polite and courteous

they upgraded the room for 100€. they also canceled our reservation so as not to overpay the booking company. They don't allow you to pay in advance with a card, but it turns out that the website said that it is possible. Tourists did not have a good review of this hotel

This hotel exceeded my expectations,we had very warm and friendly welcome when we arrived,the room was with a view everywhere was very clean,you can just walk to Alcati centar as this hotel is just in the heart of Alacati,the breakfast was excellent and there is a pool where you can just relax,I really recommend the hotel🫶🏻

The hotel was very beautifully decorated and maintained. Loved every nook and corner because the vibes were so positive. The staff was amazing. The staff and the service was very hospitable and Adam went above and beyond to help me out in a sticky situation that I was in. Value for money with all possible requirements and so close to the pretty streets of Alaçatı, literally at it!
