Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

United KingdomThe mattress could do with replacing as we could feel the springs, and the mattress had no support. It would be good if they had some soap or a soap dispenser in the bathroom. Also, a shelf in the shower would have been helpful.we noticed that they was only 1 light switch on the wall for the small light, which was on the wall next to the other bed.
It was easy to find, nice size room. Clean and tidy, very spacious in the main room and in the bathroom, was clean, tidy, nice shower cucicle, and a good powerful spray from shower head.

United KingdomBed sagged so uncomfortable. Would have liked hair drier in room rather than having to ask at reception, which would have been closed anyway. Perhaps a blind for the door window. A tall person could look right in to the bedroom area.

United KingdomThe thing that let it down was the external lighting. There were lights present but none were on. I was expecting some on a sensor but none were, so the front of the rooms was very dark. I used the torch on my phone but I would have felt safer if there had been more light. I was towards the end of the row where it wasn't even illuminated by the restaurant lights.
Very clean and in good repair. Spacious accomodation and bathroom.
