the location was misleading, was in South shore and not in north shore .The room smelt of damp and as a medical note not fit to stay in the room.

the door in the corridor banged close every time someone went through it. so when a couple in another room we’re having a screaming row at 4.30am they were constantly banging this door! this went on for a couple of hours. it would have been an idea for a member of staff to speak to the couple about their behaviour. it was ridiculous!

booked a basic double. just needed somewhere to sleep for one night. this was perfectly fine for that. bed was comfy. pillows were huge!

Needs a refurb. Smelt dusty. Breakfast didn't taste right. Had family room and bathroom needs a device wall between shower and toilet as the shower tray sticks out in middle of room. I fell in it after turning to flush the loo. Needs a full size kettle suitable for family room not a travel kettle. The smell of drugs when we came out room.

Best part was parking and right on beach.

Place could do with a good clean, surfaces were dusty and cushions/bed runners were dirty, although bed sheets were clean. Walls paper thin. We found a pair of “clean” pants hanging in our bathroom. Curtain rail falling off.

Location perfect for Pleasure Beach, car parking a bonus.

Was kept awake all night by kids running up and down the landing knocking on the door trying the handle guess that’s what you get when you book the BUDGET ROOM can’t wait to see this hotel on 4 in a bed never again 👎👎

Everything. Was absolutely horrible the smell of foist takes ya breath away. I actually think ive got mould spores growing on my lungs from staying here. Bedding hasn't seen a washer in a good few year. Bathroom floor was black bright. Never again would i stay here

Staff on front desk customer service is unfriendly and not welcoming at all, very impersonal and off putting Rooms extremely dated and mismatched, there was a leak from the toilet which we pointed out at the front desk, the woman said she would tell someone the next day... We had just arrived!! Top of drawers etc was quite dusty and dirty, there was a kettle and 2 cups which were dirty. On the booking site it was stated there was a bar and restaurant, none of these were open at any time during our stay, it was also stated the hotel was situated in the middle of the promenade, it was a half an hour walk to get there, and it was miles from the areas we wanted to be at up by the Tower and local bars, so to call it central is misleading, I understand this was a budget hotel, however, as we had already been let down at the last minute with the hotel we originally booked, this was one of very few options as Blackpool was very busy thst weekend, but just because it was cheap dosent mean the rooms could have a bit more to them and the staff really need a course in customer service, nothing like the old style B&B's of the day.
