AustraliaWe only stayed one night so couldn't take advantage of all the facilities. If you want to take full advantage of what the hotel has to offer, plan your stay in advance.
From arrival, the staff was amazing. Nothing was too much of a hassle. Each staff member was happy to help and was extremely knowledgeable about hotel services and even Fiji history, so every question was answered expertly and with a genuine smile. Most notably, my mother arrived in a wheelchair at the airport. The shuttle driver mentioned this to the baggage attendant, who then communicated this to the check in desk - within minutes, my room was changed to one of a similar quality to the one I had booked but closer to the front desk to avoid my mother having to walk far. Thank you again to all!

EstoniaThe communication was ... If You ask them about transfer from a Port Denarau, then they will answer You that THE ONLY way is to take a taxi. But in real life there is A FREE shuttle from the port.... not their shuttle, the South Sea Cruises shuttle, but it is at no charge if you go go this hotel! Shouldn't they inform people of that possibility? Plus if you order your dinner to your room (which they advertise there a lot), the the dinner can be late FOR HOURS! Be prepared for that, specially if you want to go to sleep normal time!
The location is good, beds are comfortable, breakfast is also rich and good.

New ZealandOnly minor things which would have made it a 10: the shower needs a new head as it sprays everywhere except on you, the drain for the basin needs clearing as water took a long time to drain out (gross tooth brushing experience!). Also desperately need to sort the towel situation - 2 towels for 2 adults and 2 children is simply not enough. Especially when there's also swimming pool!
Really comfy beds, lovely friendly staff, the pool and restaurant /bar area had a great atmosphere and games and noone minded our kids having a late (8.30pm) swim (we were only staying one night due to an early flight and they were desperate lol!). I liked our room and the covered walkways. Also very clean everywhere, super handy to the airport and staff were really helpful with offering transfers when we booked. Great value for money compared to other local hotels

JordanI really like this hotel for when I am staying in Nadi and don't need a resort. It's a good central location, clean and comfortable. If you are visiting Nadi and want to do sightseeing that isn't resort-focused, I'd recommend this one. Also, the Japanese restaurant on site is just incredible!

AustraliaThere seems to be some problems with ordering and food delivering process with the hotel. One of my dinners (dining in) was especially unpleasant when the waitress didn't take my order properly. We waited for around 1 hour and still didn't get what we ordered and gave up finally. What was worse was that the staff didn't even show the slightest sorry face or said anything about it.
The landscape of the hotel is pretty good and I had a good view from my room. The food in the hotel is fabulous and we particularly liked the freshly made pizzas. The hotel also has a large out-door pool where you can just relax.

Australia1. Hallways could be made more clean. They were generally not very clean. 2. The pool is quite small. The resort needs another pool really to be a proper resort. 3. Service is on fiji time. Fiji time is great however when you order things to drink or to have delivered on the room, ideally don't want to wait forever. 4. Buffet drinks could be refilled faster. A lot of the time we got to empty stuff that we had to ask for. 5. The tennis rackets were broken. Tennis court isn't maintained well. They didn't have a basketball. Volleyball was deflated.
Tanoa was impressive in many ways. 1. Room was clean and well appointed. There are Samsung TVs 42" in every room, so we could cast our screen from the phone to the TV and watch netflix. This was a huge positive while staying in Nadi that no other (much more expensive) hotels could match. We had good beds. Lighting was good. Bathroom was clean and we generally had no fuss. 2. Breakfast buffet was decent. No real extravagance, but everything was done very well. We were pleased on the whole. There's fried rice, chicken curry, lamb sausages, an omelette station, roti station, etc. The coffee and tea tasted decent (something Mariott hotel didn't get right on our trip later, so that's comendable). 3. Staff are generally very pleasant and helpful. Always with a smile. We spent Christmas there and the team put up a great effort to create a good atmosphere. We enjoyed this. 4. The gym at this hotel is intense! They have 50kg dumbells here. There are dedicated gyms I've been to that don't have this. Super impressive. The tennis/basketball/volleyball courts are also a good addition. 5. The wifi is strong everywhere and we loved this. Could even stream netflix off the free plan. 6. The chess and carom set up is a great idea.
