For the price we paid it was a reasonable place to stay as a place close to the airport.

Breakfast was great. Good selection of foods. The room had all the amenities that we needed so it was fit for purpose. Great that it was close to the airport so that was convenient as well as being close to a store.

The rooms were too far back and felt a bit like a dormitory. The shops onsite were so and so didn’t have much of a variety. The gym was nice but could use an upgrade and more machines. There was literally one treadmill with so many people wanting to use it at one time. The hotel could also benefit from more food stores onsite or a convenience store. We had to keep popping out in a taxi to buy small items.

Great proximity to the airport and surrounding stores. The concierge was nice and clean. Loved the coffee from the cafe onsite and the pizza was nice. We liked the two different pools. It also has laundry facilities on site which was handy. We also loved how friendly everyone was and the helpful staff! Special mention to Sai who we only met on the last two days who was great with our children.

Few privacy in room (curtains had to be closed also in daytime). Very bad lighting - not any lamps near the bed. Can't say it was 4 star - for 3 star ok quality.

as it was only overnight stay between 2 flight, it was in good location. Transfer worked well. Staff was very friendly.

Nothing really to say, as I was only there for about 10 hours due to very early check in for morning flight. Room service breakfast was just fine. Transfer ready when requested. One thing though. The room air-conditioning was pretty noisy (102).

Close to Airport. Only booked with 30 mins notice on Booking.com due to re-arranged flight. Staff very helpful and attentive. Evening meal good value.

Baby cockroaches were found on the room floor and bed. ? Due to the bad rainy weather.

Friendly staff throughout the hotel. Catering by the head chef for family gatherings were excellent, great hospitality services. Average breakfast buffet daily. Hotel was close by the airport and shops. Daily room service was great. Guest laundry was helpful in the rainy weather (washer and dryer service).

Nothing to dislike

Great location for the airport, nice and quiet, well set up around the pool. We only ended up staying there as our flight had been cancelled so we were delighted with the place. It made for a great outcome to what could have been a disappointing end to our holiday.

The restaurant menu is not very diversified. When you order it takes very very long to be served. Far two long, especially when you have children.

Breakfast was very good. The staff was nice. The staff was efficient. They efficiently managed to me to rent a car.

the bathroom is not very clean, the room is very small compared to the price we paid. On New Year’s Eve they have a party at the restaurant with loud music and people yelling right outside our room and the corridor and it on until 1 o’clock in the morning and we have a flight the next day at 4 o’clock in the morning, for me it looks they don’t care about the comfort of their customers and we have an infant and two other children that they didn’t sleep until 1 in the morning it so frustrating, I called the reception to ask when the party is going to end the lady that answered the phone said she don’t know and said that she’s sorry but nothing else she can do. So disappointing

The breakfast was good the set up of the restaurants was also beautiful and top it off with the staff, their customer service was the best. Everyone there was so friendly and very helpful.
