Woke up at 4am because the staff was on the phone for more than an hour. Was able to hear everything. No respect at all for people sleeping... don't go there if you need to rest. No sound isolation at all. Staff didn't help much, or recommend places/restaurant. Wanted us to stay at the hotel for everything (and pay them)

Condition of shower can only be described as grotty. Tiles missing in shower and drainage hole looks like a rat had gnawed through to the shower. Towels although clean were of poor quality. Although a water boiling electric jug was provided there was NO complimentary coffee or Tea provided in the room

Told when arrived car park was bad and we wouldn't like it. Carpark was obstructed as they were renovating. Booked for family room for 3 which was supposed to have 2 double beds and 3 single with 2 rooms. We were given a room with 1 double bed and 1 sofa bed. When we told them this is not what we booked they replied there is nothing else available. There was no discount offered. Beds were very uncomfortable. Had to ask for coffee, then ask for a teaspoon. The adjoining room had a door between the rooms that couldn't close properly and the people in that room were very noisy. It was the worst place we have ever stayed in.

Affordable and the staff were so friendly, also looked after my parents during their stay.

I booked this hotel on behalf of my parents. They both had said the customer service was amazing throughout their short stay, food was delicious. They both would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a lastminute close to aiport hotel to stay in. Also this was my parents first time staying in fiji overnight before their next early flight back home and everything was close by the restaurant downstairs, close to shops and mall next door. Friendly staff.

No elevator, so beware if you have a lot of luggage and have a room on the upper floor. Some staff members are helpful in getting luggage up, though. The room left a lot to be desired...the lighting was fairly poor as there were only bedside lights and lights above the desk/kitchen area. Overall the room wasn't in good shape, particularly the bathroom. The glass shower door had a big crack in the corner and was very hard to open. The blue shower knob turned out to be actually for hot water, the tap and bottom of vanity were leaky, and only was soap provided (no shampoo). For some reason, the white towels started turning a bit blue from the leaky water. The metal bar on the towel rail was hanging on by a thread and collapsed when I pushed it a little to put some clothes on it. In the room, cups and saucers were provided, but there was no tea or coffee in the room, nor plates or other utensils. The inside of the kettle had some rust, too. We had some bananas on the table, too, and in the morning when I picked them up, there were some small cockroaches that had crawled underneath them. In terms of the location, it is convinently close to shops since it is downtown. However, the surrounding neighborhood left a bad impression with groups of people loittering and litter scattered about, did not feel tourist friendly. Some of the info provided on booking.com is either outdated, misleading, or inaccurate. For example, we did not have a hairdryer in our bathroom. Also, if you want to take the free shuttle, make sure to specify in advance that you want this option. Otherwise, when the driver is called and sent you will be charged $25.
